  I have a bit of a story. I purchased a washing machine from this location in 2021 and had an issue with it while it was still under warranty. Fast forward to 2026, and I started experiencing the same problem—the machine screeches during every cycle. It’s pretty nerve-racking. I contacted customer support knowing my warranty had expired and that I’d likely need to pay for a repair. After going through the usual process, their system wouldn’t accept my cards from a certain bank, and I was advised to visit a store instead. The next day, I went to the Katy Freeway location, where I was greeted by two gentlemen and explained the situation. They were surprised it hadn’t been resolved over the phone and immediately stepped in to help. Justin took the lead and navigated the process between Geek Squad and customer service seamlessly. Within minutes, the issue was resolved and my service appointment was scheduled. Huge thank you to Justin for the excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back!

  Daughter started Nursing school and needed a some new electronics and the home for that would always be BestBuyhad what she wanted when she wanted!

  they sold two geed squad memberships for the same service . I bought a portable apple and i needed to tranfer my imac files in the new one they messed up my new apple I cancelled membership But i did not cancel both memberships because they don’t inform me , So they tricked me twice they sold same service twice and they did not cancelled them when i requested them to do so They keep charging on my credit card and i keep disputing the charges Today an agent of best buy told me about the two memberships numbers for the same service I am disputing the charges of 2026 I am asking best to reimburse all two year for the amount of $398 it is almost fraudulent what they do!

  I’ve always had a soft spot for Best Buy. Walking in still feels a little like stepping into a tech playground—TV walls glowing, gadgets everywhere, and the sudden urge to buy something I didn’t know I needed five minutes ago. The staff has usually been helpful when I’ve needed it, and it’s nice being able to actually see and touch electronics before buying them. Sometimes you just want to compare things in person instead of staring at twenty browser tabs trying to figure out the difference between two nearly identical products. That said… the internet has unfortunately ruined my self-control. More than once I’ve stood in the aisle, looked at the price tag, then checked my phone and realized the exact same item is cheaper online. It’s the classic “Best Buy showroom experience.” I come in for the inspiration and sometimes end up ordering it later from my couch. Still, I genuinely enjoy the store and the experience of browsing. When I need something right away or want to see it in person first, Best Buy is still one of my go-to places. Overall: great store, fun to browse, helpful staff—but the online prices keep me honest. Solid 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I bought a great washer and dryer - top of the range, expensive AI units in preparation for our forever home from this store in January 2024. I had to exchange the gas dryer for an electric dryer in the first week which Best Buy agreed to do as their was no gas in our rented property or in our forever new home. Best Buy exchanged the gas dryer for same model electric version which I had ordered and installed it. Fast forward to March 2026 this week when we finally moved into our forever home and I find out our dryer doesn’t dry properly as it was a GAS dryer!!! Not the electric I ordered and paid for!!! Checking all receipts I had confirmed that I paid for an ELECTRIC dryer and they came and delivered a different gas one (incorrectly) and then installed it plumbing to the gas line (mistake #2) even though the ticket said electric!! So my receipt model and actual delivered model do not match. On calling Best Buy they say they cannot do anything as it falls out with thier 15 day exchange policy so now I have a $1600 unit that I purchased sitting useless as I am not allowed to plumb gas into the house and now drying clothes at a washteria. No ownership or responsibility from Best Buy that they made a mistake, and no attempt to compensate me for thier mistake with either a replacement or a discount on a new model. Terrible.
