    been going this store 30 years bought many many items and worked at top stores in Houston n world and yet as soon as i walked into store yesterday 3 -8-26 ( and im asked daily are you Jack Sparrow / Johnny Depp - due to look and askd can i take picture with you even inside this store happened before too ) the police lady ???????? or if rent a police uniform not sure ) ??? so unprofessional, and instantly starts following me through store and stands side isle as i look for webcams and just gazeing me - as if think im thief or who knows what when i look top model vs her - omg far opposite of that and made me mad to be followed from start to the quick pick of item i was after , and kept following me start to , as looked product to - llastly when i purchaseing to walk out store --- Not professional and so backwards of whatever uniform she had on sure didnt earn wearing with opposite whos good guy vs whos bad vs someone of Star background and top customer etc ? Mgr needs to know and tryed to call but they couldnt pue me through ? Try take my business to best buy but micro center maybe way to go as never that but people co,eing up to me asking for my photpo thinking im famous -- vs someone not knowing what to look for or professional especially if any uniform used - OMG - maybe think twice if mgr doesnt teach em how to look and know good from bad or a star person from a bad person ????????? ....

    My rating is not specific for Galleria branch. Their staff Tom and Ena are very helpful to my concerns. Their logistics system and couriers are horrible!!!! Best Buy in general inconvenienced me. 2/21, I received a defective GE Profile refrigerator with an error code and a GE Profile washer that leaked underneath. Immediately, I went to Best Buy Galleria and requested a replacement. The replacements were scheduled for delivery 3/7. Fast forward 3/7, the replacement washer was doing good. The contractor took my fridge to their truck but he found out that the refrigerator that was supposed to be for me was installed in a wrong house! They went to that other customer’s house to pick up the correct fridge. While they are on the way to the customer’s house, I called and informed the delivery guy that I want them to return and reinstall the original defective fridge inside my house and I refuse the “new” refrigerator that they took from someone else’s house. They arrived at my house and installed the “new” refrigerator even if I instructed them to bring back the original one. They are saying “this is not defective, the other family has not used it and have not registered the warranty or in the app.” They even attempted to have me take that “new” fridge saying “it might take months for another replacement.” I would consider that item used item. Correct me if I’m wrong but if we paid a brand new unit, we expect a brand new unit and not a product that was installed in somebody else’s house, loaded up a truck, and unloaded of the truck not in a box. Best Buy in general needs to train their delivery staff to be more attentive especially with essential and large items so as to not inconvenience the customer.
