The staff made me feel uncomfortable by closely following me around the store instead of offering assistance in a professional way. It felt more like I was being watched than helped. Additionally, several employees appeared distracted and were frequently on their phones rather than assisting customers. Customer service and professionalism were not what I expected. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers can have a better experience.

This time, when we visited the store, the person working in payments refused to help us because we didn't have a Texas ID or driver's license, even though we've paid without any issues using our ITIN in the past. I mentioned that it wasn't the first time I'd paid, but he refused to help me. I spoke with three other people to get help, and they told me that he was the manager, whose name is Gustavo, and that he said they couldn't help me. I had to leave the store without making my payment, and now I'm waiting for late fees to be recharged because I couldn't pay on time, since the staff refused to help me. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable.
