  Worst customer service ever! I ordered a dishwasher open box and then they took 4 weeks giving me the run around and not installing it. Come to find out they said it was damaged in transport. Then they didn’t honor the sale price. Definitely canceling my credit card and advising all others to never go to Best Buy .

  We went in here specifically looking for 15' RCA stereo patch cable. They only had 12, and the guy said 15 didn't exist, anywhere. Of course they do, and I ended up just ordering the thing I needed. However, since we haven't been in a Best Buy in a long time, we browsed. The selection has definitely changed a lot in the past decade, understandably, but their categories seemed appropriate, and selection within was good. I didn't know they sold kitchen appliances, and me and the wife browsed those for a while. The place was clean, and we were asked a few times if we needed assistance while we were browsing. I'd definitely come here for appliances and televisions in the future.

  Buyer beware I'd be very wary of the extended warranty even of product is under a year old. mine was 35days They will honor your extended warranty and give you another product, but will turn around and charge you that warranty again if you want it. Unless you go to the manufacturer for support. It's just a shame I've been doing the Best Buy for years and years and always have had great experience always preferred them over other places. Guess I'll start looking other places and the staff and manager stand behind ripping you off. telling you could have paid more money for better warranty so they could have stood behind it more.   Excelente atencion. Muy limpio y ordenado. El unico detalle es que no pude pobrar el funcionamiento del aparato que quise comprar porque lo tienen en esa tienda.. gracias a los robos constantes ahora las medidas de seguridad hacen mas lento el proceso.. espero pronto tengamos un pais mas seguro

  Do NOT buy from Best Buy - they do not stand behind their products and were no help with a month old robot vacuum. Said I was outside of the 2 weeks and apparently bought from a 2rd party on their website (it's a Best Buy order and receeipt). Buy from Amazon or sam's or Costco instead and save yourself trouble. Very disappointing experience at this Hwy 6 location.
