It's also kind of rude to loudly annouce in front of everyone that your card is declined when paying for a service; in my case I was having issues as Chase was labeling my attempted purchase as fraud. It took me having to show that alert to the employee for him to realize that banks may think someone may be using your account. Upon resolving the fraud notice, my card was charged without issue. Be considerate and respectful of different situations, don't look down and demoralize.

There were many employees standing around speaking to each other, and none even made eye contact with me. I had no idea where to go, or who to speak to. I had to grab a random employee’s attention as he was walking to the storage room in the back. There were two employees at the genius bar speaking to each other, and I stood right next to them, not even a slight glance at me. This was right at opening around 11 AM on a Tuesday

Spent a total of 6 hours driving back and forth twice, giving them my phone to fix it waiting there, only to find out they dont have the parts to fix my iphone and that I have to come back THRID TIME to bring it for repairs, no ETA on the replacement part. this is a joke, after paying almost $ 20 a month for apple care to deal with this nonsense
