  Visited this location three times in the past two weeks for an iPad issue. I was assisted twice by Tati, and both experiences were frustrating and disappointing. I was frequently interrupted and met with immediate pushback instead of being given the chance to fully explain the issue and my concerns. The interaction came across as dismissive and not very customer-focused. While the issue was eventually resolved, the overall attitude and communication made the experience unnecessarily difficult.

  A couple of months ago I passed by the store. The old white host received me with weird looks at my outfit. It was like he was telling me I’m not worth getting in and I don’t belong. That was the first time such thing happens. Ever sense I felt like I don’t want to buy Apple products for me and my family and definitely not going to that store again.   I had a really disappointing experience at the Apple Store. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and were more focused on talking among themselves than assisting customers. I waited a long time just to get basic help, and even then, the response I got felt rushed and unhelpful. On top of that, the store was overcrowded and poorly managed, making it hard to even move around or find someone available. I expected a much higher level of customer service given Apple’s reputation, but this visit definitely did not live up to it. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

  Terrible experience at this Apple Store location on 03/08/2026. I had walked in to get my AirPods looked at by one of their tech’s, and was scheduled for an appointment for an hour later. I came back to the store for the appointment at the scheduled time, since I received a text saying they were ready for me. Then I proceeded to wait another half an hour before I decided to finally leave. There’s no point in scheduling an appointment if it’s going to be another minimum 30 minute wait. I saw only two employees actively helping customers that were waiting at the “Genius Bar” while I saw many more employees just hanging out at other tables in groups of 3, not helping any customers at all. This location would benefit from stronger management and perhaps more direct customer engagement. I will never come back to this specific location for Apple product support.
