  Don’t buy the iPhone17! I love Apple products. I’ve used them since the 80s. I love my old iPhones… This new iPhone is horrible. I bought two and we keep hitting the silent button. You can’t do anything with the phone. All the options have been dumb down and taken away from the user. You have to use Siri, even if you don’t want to use Siri because if he turned off a bunch of other functions that used to work without Siri will no longer work. And trust me, this is a short brief on the list of things that I don’t even care to repeat. It’s just damn frustrating to pay $1000 for a device and have it nothing more than a manipulative intrusion Apple has really slid backwards. It’s all about Apple and not about the Consumer.

  This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Go to another store, matter of fact don’t even get an Apple product. Save yourself the frustration.

  Incredibly poor service. I made an appt for a battery replacement and came on time but still they made me wait 30 minutes. They could have easily made me wait longer had I not gone out of my way to catch the manager. I think they give priority to people who bring in new sales rather than people who come here for repairs and replacement. Incredibly disappointing. Moreover, while I was getting my repairs done I clearly asked the salesperson if someone else can come to pick my laptop up on my behalf since I am working and they said yes (without mentioning that I will have to call an AI line to verify this). But when they went to the store they were also treated poorly, waited 30 min to pick up the laptop. All while I had to pay big bucks out of my pocket to get my laptop repaired. But oh well I’m not bringing in the new sales $ so i guess we’re bottom of the barrel.

  Worst customer assistance I have ever received. They were extremely condescending and did not provide adequate customer service. They were not transparent about issues regarding my device and then when I expressed the urgency of my situation they tried to sell me another product despite my device having Apple care warranty. The fact I had to drive 2 hours to simply be dismissed is incredibly frustrating. The Apple Store I typically visit back in Dallas always has amazing service so this is clearly a matter of location. Honestly this experience made me want to get rid of all my Apple products and never purchase from them again.
