    The environment sets this Apple store apart from most other retail stores in the region - a good mix of Zen and Tech - beautifully executed. The products are expensive but at least you feel good about being there and sharing your credit card numbers! The Staff seems well trained in calming the buyers scared of constantly evolving technology but obviously competent enough to match up with the savvy buyer as well. I found the 2 people I interfaced with to be professional, sincere and interested in me leaving the store happy and satisfied.

    Service is mediocre and location isn’t super clean. Also, you spend thousands of dollars in equipment but won’t let you use the restroom. Incredibly inconvenient. I would not recommend this location if you can skip it - management could definitely be better to its customers. I did end up buying items from the store.

    Unwilling to even sit down after a 1 hour + wait and 20+ Minutes at the Genius Bar. After reading reviews they seem to struggle with phone security or are unwilling. Looking even further, all these issues are known at this store in reviews. No effort from support. Tough 2 hours I spent heading there on PTO. I wish I could get my time back I have apps, “BT_PERIPHERAL” and “Passkeys site-specific hacks” “hidden=until-found” on my phone. I didn’t download those. I asked repeatedly why the toggle “Use “Personal Voice” on all your devices with iCloud” keeps turning back on every morning after I turn it off every time. I have 8+ “RemoteUI” viewing apps. I was told, “we can’t help. You need an engineer!” They’re apps on my Apple iPhone? Apple can’t help? And to say “well idk what apps you’re downloading” putting it back on me, after saying “Hey man multiple apps are telling me to self harm” is weak. Sorry I bothered you guys…. I hope no one uses my “personal voice” that I would never use, to access banking or other personal data. Or they catch me on a bad day and tell me to self ___ when I’m depressed. Oh well, I guess screw me? Do not recommend this store or staff. They even hit me with a few sighs. Not supporting people who don’t like me.

    My next phone will be a Google Pixel because the customer service at this store is soooo poor! I spent 90 minutes in this store for 20minutes of service, with a scheduled appointment. Devan is the 1 star on this review because her counterparts are terrible in customer service. Gabby my floor rep clocked out for the day and left me sitting idle. I remained calm and thought she may have needed a bathroom break. Nope, she was headed out the door without the courtesy of letting me know or placing me with a different rep, deplorable. The black man with the dreads is despicable in communication. I stopped him initially looking for Gabby my rep. The black lady with the durag told me she would get me a charger and never came back, yikes. Devan brought the charger that I was buying. Thanks Devan for you help! But never again will I return to this store!

    I came into the store because my device was stolen and I needed support completing a Theft & Loss Apple Care claim. Minimal assistance was provided and the overall selling point of Apple Care is misleading. You can't have your device replaced in-store you must file a claim with AIG and it's up to their discretion to approve of deny your claim. In that, paying for Apple Care coverage is a gamble and not a guarantee. Had this been properly disclosed when I signed up, I would not have paid for this service for the past few years.
