- JAJude AcostaNov 6, 20251.0Went in to cancel a line, was told our bill would be $140 dollars a month but our first month might be higher. Our first bill was $226, second $236, and third $226. When we call cricket customer service for “help” resolving this issue, they say “due to our internal process, we will not issue any refund or credit”. Be careful when dealing with this specific store and good luck/god speed when it comes to dealing with their “customer service” for any billing error on their part.
