- JAJude AcostaNov 6, 20251.0Went in to cancel a line, was told our bill would be $140 dollars a month but our first month might be higher. Our first bill was $226, second $236, and third $226. When we call cricket customer service for “help” resolving this issue, they say “due to our internal process, we will not issue any refund or credit”. Be careful when dealing with this specific store and good luck/god speed when it comes to dealing with their “customer service” for any billing error on their part.

She said she is married and one of these idiots still had the balls to ask her "can I still have your number?" She said no off course. Then my dad changed from Metro PCS and came across a couple of thieves at this store over charging him thinking he wouldnt realize. He realized and had to get in an argument to get his money back. Im pretty sure that they've stolen like this to a lot people without them realizing. I have nothing against cricket, great service so far but the behavior at this authorized dealer is completely unacceptable and it sucks because its our closest dealer here in town from home
