  Quisiera dejar estrellas negativas pero no es opción 😒… un solo cliente adelante de mi , y la espera fue de más 45minutos para que me atendieran, la chica cometía error , tras error !! Demasiada pérdida de tiempo deberían de tener al menos dos personas atendiendo

  En esta compania son unos estafadores me dijeron que x ver comprado un telefono tenia 300 dolares para agarrar de cosas de ahi de la tienda como vocinas relojes y no es cierto todo me lo cobraron.Horrible compania

  Went in to cancel a line, was told our bill would be $140 dollars a month but our first month might be higher. Our first bill was $226, second $236, and third $226. When we call cricket customer service for “help” resolving this issue, they say “due to our internal process, we will not issue any refund or credit”. Be careful when dealing with this specific store and good luck/god speed when it comes to dealing with their “customer service” for any billing error on their part.

  Good vibes 🫶 walking in Vanessa working the floor did great in helping me set up my auto pay. That's it's hard to find now a days when it does help with their commission $ 💯
