Joe Alvarez was the best salesperson ever! I’m glad I ran into him! Was skeptical at first since I’ve been with Spectrum a mobile customer for over 2 years. He was super knowledgeable and ended up cutting my bill by over $80 dollars! This guy knew his stuff and I would highly recommend him for any of your wireless needs! Made our transition super easy! Buying my iPhone 17 Pro Max was an awesome experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with great customer service, and Logan took care of everything. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, making sure I understood all my options and features on the new phone. It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays. I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Huge thanks to Logan!

It's always tough finding a good cell phone store, but the staff here is a testament to how service should be. I was able to come in with numerous questions and receive guidance and answers without being written off, ignored or led on. I was able to have everything moved from my old phone to the new one including my settings unlike previous experiences I've had. Finally, Logan was able to explain to me exactly how the different plans work in a way that was simple, straightforward and easy to understand. Highly recommend this location. Don't mess with anyone else.

DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!!!! First off I was not aware this is an authorized retailer and not a Verizon company store anymore! Second, they will tell you everything you want to hear, wrap it with a pretty little bow and hide add ons and fees in the “plan pricing”! Something told me to check my account and good thing I did because they added a device protection program without my knowledge ($16). So then I pulled out my paper work and they charged me a $35 “device programming fee” for a gift for Christmas that I didn’t even want opened nor did they disclose that fee! I could setup the device myself like I have 10 times before to avoid that fee! I will NEVER go to this store ever again after being a loyal customer for almost 8 years. I will gladly drive to Brownsville to the actual VERIZON COMPANY STORE. I will be calling customer service first thing tomorrow morning to file a formal complaint and will look into also filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

I showed up about 15 minutes before closing and they were very patient friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They helped us open up four lines , get us connected with Internet service and could not have been more friendly.. There were two sales reps that helped us. Eric and Logan were working together and provided some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I have worked in customer service myself for many years, and I was impressed with the level of attention and care that I received. Especially knowing I was keeping them two hours past the normal closing time. They both had great attitudes and it made me want to do business with them again.
I also thought it was amazing that the agent that helped me (Eric) gave me his personal contact information and told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns. Being a new customer to Verizon and opening so many lines and having Internet service, I know I’m gonna have questions ,so that really made me feel good.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’m glad I switched over to Verizon!
