I went into the Verizon store in Harlingen because my phone kept getting random ads and pop-ups and I was worried it had a virus. Erick took the time to actually sit down with me and figure out what was causing the problem. He helped diagnose where the ads were coming from, explained everything in a way I could understand, and walked me through removing the apps and cleaning up my phone. He was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My phone is running so much better now. Really appreciate Erick taking the time to help me out.
