  Horrible service. Purchased a phone for my daughter. Gladys, the sales person, brought out a “Cellhelmet” (?) charger and said it was for the phone since the phone didn’t come with a charging box. Never once said there was a charge for it. $35 for a cellhelmet? Never even heard of that brand. Then charged me $8 for protection, never said she was putting that on either. Go back in to get my money back for the charger box and have the protection removed and was told “cricket doesn’t refund accessories”. Are you serious? Even when you don’t tell a customer there’s a charge for them? I wouldn’t have even known that I had protection because she never told me. Buyer beware, they’re out to rip you off. Btw, asked for the district manger’s number and was told I could leave my number and the DM would get with me whenever she came by, but didn’t know when that would be. Please, please be aware of what they’re doing to you when you go here! Someone at cricket needs to reach out immediately to me to resolve this issue.
