I knew right when she made a face while I was explaining the situation that I wasn't going to be helped. Not even 1 attempt to assist. When I asked if the phone number would be more willing to help she said no they never reverse fees or make adjustments but to go ahead and call and see what they do. I spoke to a extremely courteous man on the phone who assisted me in minutes. Bless him for understanding a situation and having some empathy for the disabled and naive. if you have a customer service issue. Call 611. This store will not help and only care about sales.
