  I went in today due to my mom broke her phone. It's the old school flip phone. There was a girl sitting in the front area on her cell phone which I thought was a customer until she walked around the counter. Saying because maybe I interrupted her on her phone, texting or whatever. Now she told me $113 and some change..I asked her if it went up because at the cricket on commerce last year I paid $85 at most. Mind you my mom service is with them and bill is paid up to date. She said idk; do you want it or not. Again I said it's for my mom and these phones aren't in high demand. She said again do you want it or not? Terrible customer service obviously an elderly lady as all elderly need a phone in the case of an emergency. The tone and attitude wasn't needed. My mom's been with cricket for over 10yrs. I hope the manager and or owner can have a talk with this girl about being respectful especially to a long time customer. And to be honest if you don't want the job; let others have the opportunity than.

  Unwillingness to help. Tone and condescending words like "well if that's true then you'd have known that ....." I knew right when she made a face while I was explaining the situation that I wasn't going to be helped. Not even 1 attempt to assist. When I asked if the phone number would be more willing to help she said no they never reverse fees or make adjustments but to go ahead and call and see what they do. I spoke to a extremely courteous man on the phone who assisted me in minutes. Bless him for understanding a situation and having some empathy for the disabled and naive. if you have a customer service issue. Call 611. This store will not help and only care about sales. Bill pay and sales.

  Been coming to this store for years since Pocket and always give me the best customer service. Daniel and Elias they are always there to help me.

  FALSE ADVERTISING!! MY DAUGHTER PURCHASE PHONE FOR ME AND SHE DIDNT WANT THE WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SALES GIRL AT HARLINGEN TEXAS LIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE ADDED THE WARRANTY AND THEY AVOID US SO NOT TO TAKE IT OFF THE BILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE MANAGER IS NO HELP!! HE PRETENDS HE CANT HEAR ME!!!
