  Roxanne and Jerry provided excellent customer service. They educated me on the difference from a sim card to e-sim. If you want to save time, they are quick and reliable get you on your way. I added a line and transferred e-sim to a different phone with in less than 12 minutes. By Asael

  Progressive leasing and affirm just ask for all your banking info only to request more info absolute trash. If you are eligible for an upgrade be prepared to pay full price and have the employees condescendingly smirk as they tell you the price. As well as wait almost an hr just to speak with someone. And don’t bother going to link provided in company response because all that you will get is the same generic store offers and responses.

  Classic bait and switch, reps from this location caught us while working. They left us some phone cases with a coupon to return to the store for a 10 dollar credit on accessories. Well I fell for it, went back and 30 something bucks later for a phone case here I am. I bought a zizo bolt series case for the Motorola my son gave me for Christmas, original price 39.99 and ten dollars off seemed great. I literally asked them if they were giving me a good deal and the girl said yes. I knew there was a mark up but the cust service wasnt bad. I didn't think they stuck it to me that bad. Then I get home and bamm. That's what I get for taking their word. Shame on me. I called and asked if I can return it and surprisingly, there are no refunds on accessories. They didn't even offer store credit. SMH... Moral of the story, do your research first and if the coupon sounds to good to be true, it probably is. I hope the mark up was worth it to em. If I can save someone else the buyers remorse, it was worth it.
