- LGLeShawn GJun 2, 20251.0Tried to upgrade my phone they don't even keep 2024 razor phones none of the stores do, she called the idk district lady manager? not only that so I said well okay I will get the moto stylus 2025, there card reader kept freezing, it took money off of my debit card which was 340, the reader kept saying authorizing, I knew it seem fishy and checked my bank account and lo and behold cricket took 340 out of my bank. I went there at June 2nd on a Monday at 2025 around 3:30. Now I have to call my bank and file a claim because cricket customer service ladies was completely unhelpful or maybe it was because I was black and transgender is the reason they look so unconcerned and didn't care , no apology no nothing just "yeah ok, call and reverse the charge". I am never coming back to this store again..all they do is watch movies in the back of the store, I know this because I heard a movie playing with a customer associate there was 2 , 1 was watching it and responding too it!!! The sales associates should be fired but that isn't going to happen...really garbage experience, I'm gonna leave cricket very soon...very soon and go too boost mobile if there is another store like this in the Fort Worth area with garbage customer service such as this....and I better get my Money because I do not mind going to court over this bullshit. No one should have experienced what I did today
