    misty was great! very speedy and efficient service. talked us through everything and set us up with a phone and and screen protector. was greeted the second we stepped foot in the store, great customer service and very personable.

    I have had to use this location several times and have only ever had 1 good experiance here. I went in a few days ago after being sent the wrong phone and spending hours on the phone verifying that this specific location would be able to take the phone and I was assured there would be no issue. I go to take it back and the 2 guys that were working were sitting back doing nothing, and when I told them what the situation was, they refused to help me. I again told them the rep assured me there would be NO issues and he just told me no, the wouldnt help me. They could have made a phone call.... They could have reached out to a supervisor or manager since I had been given verification from customer service, but they just wanted to sit there and do nothing, not offering any help other than "go to Rockwall" I'm not driving an hour from my house to do something that they very well could have done with a little bit of actual work!! You know what they are getting paid to sit there and do..... I will NEVER go back to this store! I'd rather take my business to the store in Sulphur Springs! They at least actually have all phones in stock!! This one NEVER has any of the Google phones!!! EVER!!!! This is why I do all of my stuff online.

    The people that work at this store is always changing! When I went in to go over my bill and fix my tablet I got lackluster service. The workers were all gathered around talking and when I the customer came in, they looked like they weren't happy to see me. The first guy introduced himself, but couldn't fix my problem so he quickly went and got another guy. Now the second guy did fix the problem, but it seemed like he just did it because he had to. That's why I have rated them a three. Just okay service.

    Staff was friendly as most places that work for commission are. The sales rep I had did not even bother to look at my address to verify service was available for my area. Turns out, Verizon is not covered in my area. After 2 hours in the store, I also was shooed out to figure out how to transfer all data from one phone to the other. Took 10 hours which that was also never told to me. So after everything and switching phones and carriers which increased my bill, I had to go to TMobile and get home internet so my new Verizon phone would work. I’m disappointed because the sales guy who was also he store manager should have done his due diligence and made sure service would work. I’ve had to make multiple trips to Verizon to get all this figured out. Very unhappy
