    Alyssa was very personable and helpful. I was going through a very stressful situation and needed to change my phonetic number. She was able to help me quickly, talk about my options, and just had a genuine conversation with me in between that truly made the customer service experience and my day better!

    Worst Customer service!!! I would give them a 0 if it was an option. The girl with spider rings and colored hair is the worst representative I have ever been in contact with. She may need to go into a different line of work because customer service is NOT what she should be doing. Never been treated so badly and with the attitude. Hope someone’s from corporate shows up to do some looking into the way this store conducts business. Upon reading other reviews they aren’t ethical either. So terrible customer service and unethical so glad that’s where our corporate world is.

    TERRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! Don’t ever go to this location. The girl with the Spider rings and colored hair is RUDE non approachable and couldn’t care less about customer service. BAD Attitude is all you get from her. Hope upper management does some deep dives into this location and their Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!! And makes changes. Just read all the 1 stars and their comments, it tells all. It blows my mind how million dollar companies make such poor decisions on staff. Goes to show you where our world is going. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or better ditch Verizon all together since they don’t really care about you at all

    I see why this store has a 3 star rating .. It needs to be a 1 star. That manager with her spider rings and her terrible attitude toward her customers needs to be looked at by upper management. When you have a customer with major issues your response should not be “well I have had issues in my life too, so you just have to deal with it” and then said “unfortunately “our phone customer service doesn’t have training and theres nothing we can do” and finally heres the best one, even though you cant get satisfaction on the phone with customer service we can”t help you here so you will need to go home and call. When I came to the store in the first place because I could’t get help on the phone. Then when I said since no one could help me and I was paying for a device that was not even working maybe we need to get legal advice she THREW me out of the store saying I had to leave immediately. What in the world has this country come too??? There is absolutely NO customer service left. Not to mention that hiring these young unexperienced staff makes it worse and then PROMOTE them to boot.. I will continue to provide goole reviews on this situation until I feel like someone is listening because this manager and all their employees need to learn good customer service and accountability for when they fail at it.
