    Stephanie and Abdul were phenomenal! We went in for a service issue/technical problem on our business account and they were so helpful. Stephanie and Abdul went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed and our needs were met. We were having trouble with the self-service options online and over the phone as they are unfortunately closed on Sundays. We came in and were traveling from out of town and had to Uber here and so glad we went the distance. They really turned our frown upside down! Highly recommend this location and their staff.

    I would like to give a big thank you to this store for Verizon representative Eric for assisting me greatly when my phone was stolen at the State Fair of Texas . Eric used his tech savy skills to go above and beyond with restoring my data to my replacement device. He made sure I left the store equipped with protecting my phone and advising me how to operate my phone for backing up data. He was patient and understanding. He made sure I was satisfied with Verizon support. The store manager was helpful and showed concern with ensuring my Verizon needs were addressed. I would recommend stopping by this store for your Verizon support and services.

    I went in to upgrade my current iPhone to the new iPhone 17. The process started normally with a sales rep, but about five minutes in, a manager pulled him aside and said they needed to go to the back to “better look at my account.” When they came back, a female manager took over the process and immediately started pushing me to add a new line. She offered to waive the $40 upgrade fee if I added a line and claimed it would save me money because “the bill goes down as you add lines.” I’ve had a phone bill for over 20 years, so I questioned her math. While she stepped away, I asked the original rep to walk through the numbers with me. He quickly realized he couldn’t justify what she had said and finally admitted, in his own words, “The math ain’t mathin’.” He told me the manager was not being honest and was just trying to push the extra line for her own sales numbers. At that point, I stopped letting them run me in circles and told him I simply wanted to pay off my current phone and start a new installment on the iPhone 17. He agreed this was the right decision and apologized for the manager’s behavior. When he tried to have her waive the $40 upgrade fee, she refused because she didn’t get the sale she needed for her numbers—and she wouldn’t even come over to explain that to me herself. I understand salesmanship, but what she did was unethical. Worse, once caught, she refused to stand by her promise. I filled out the Verizon survey afterward and was told I would be contacted by a regional manager, but no one ever reached out.

    Stay away from the business account manager Kesha. She was nice before i added the line and referred additional business accounts. Afterwards absolutely unprofessional. My billing is all messed up and it’s a constant issue with my account now!!!
