    Tried to return a purchase I made in less than 24 hours and had been unopened that apparently it was a non returnable item. When speaking to a manager I said I wish this was stated to me before I purchased this item. I was told quite rudely and condescendingly that I should have looked online at the return policy before making my purchase. I was going to use the return towards a different item but "at the end of the day the item is still mine" fantastic I am now stuck with an item I dont need.

    📍 Best Buy 🗓️ 11/09/2025 ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) Really limited selection 😕📦 — only 1 action figure in the entire store! Staff were decent 👍, but the lack of collectibles and variety made browsing frustrating. Definitely not the Best Buy experience we were hoping for.

    It’s a nice place that I always visit. Even though the laptop I wanted wasn’t displayed in the store, the guy at the front was very helpful — he took the time to look for it and found one. I really appreciate his effort.

    This is my second time going back to best buy GeekSquad help desk in store at Grapevine. LYDIA always seems to find excuse to tell me that i have to come back and has some special racial issue against me that instead of helping she makes it very difficult for a loyal best.buy customer to get issue resolved and makes it very obvious that she does not want to help. I even have extended protection plan but this is my second experience with her and i will not be shopping with best buy this is VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.
