The store manager and Ryan were quick to understand and help me with my returns. They also helped me order the replacement product. Highly recommend this store.

It always feels like they have less items in stock and empty shelves. It’s an Ok store for a best buy.

Came looking for a gaming laptop and had a gentleman named joaquin assisted me with getting the HP Victus 2 laptop. Was bery knowledgeable on the product and I am also loving the decision of my purchase.

I’ve never walked out of a Best Buy feeling more disrespected than I did after dealing with a manager named Jeremiah. What should have been a simple customer service interaction turned into a masterclass in arrogance, condescension, and complete lack of professionalism. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, Jeremiah talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and acted like my presence was an inconvenience rather than, you know, the reason the store exists. The tone alone was unbelievable—smug, defensive, and borderline hostile for no reason. When I asked for clarification, I got attitude. When I asked for help, I got excuses. It was clear very quickly that customer service takes a back seat to ego here. If this is the standard of management Best Buy is promoting, it explains a lot about why people prefer shopping online instead of dealing with staff who seem annoyed to do their jobs. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest anyone who values basic respect does the same. One bad employee is unfortunate—a bad manager is a reflection of the store.

I have spent so many hours on this… I have tried calling the local store. The New AI automation will not let you speak to a local store no matter what you do on the AI powered system. If you do need to talk to someone, you get to talk with a call center. I spoke with three different people who all said that there is no longer the ability to call the local store. You can only talk to a call center. After asking my question, the call center assured me that they could service my computer, when I took it in to the store, they said no. It’s so disappointing that Best Buy customer support has now been co lately taken over by AI and the only way to ask a real questions is to drive to the store, which is the only advice I was given from the call center. I have a simple yes or no question, but after driving to one location and finding out I was told wrong by the call center, I don’t know how many stores the expect me to just keep driving to. Disappointed that Best Buy now only uses AI and cannot help customers answer questions.
