Pretty disappointed by the lack of response and help. I chatted in, called phone support , and even called this store. I was shipped a product, received the wrong product and was told I would be compensated for the incorrect item, but when I arrived, I was told no, and they couldn't help me further.

Michael was such a great help! I walked in needing a new action camera for my upcoming cruise. Michael thoroughly gave me the comparison across different cameras so that I could figure out which one best suited my needs. The camera he suggested also came with a bundle so that I got the best bang for my buck. On my cruise now and very happy with my purchase. Thank you Michael!!!

Went and got a zagg screen protector for z fold 7. The purchase peice and install was 50% lesser than actually buying from zagg. The warranty still works with zagg themselves or any best buy.

Angel (Cashier & Customer Service) and Kaleb (MOD) at Store Location 148 will always have my business. Their customer service was outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me when I was feeling a bit frustrated about some products I had. They were patient, understanding, and took the time to educate me thoroughly, which made a big difference. Their warranty program is A1, and the way they explained everything gave me complete confidence.
