I'm a Total Rewards Member. I had an appointment at this location to get my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 dropped off to be fixed by the Geek Squad here. The appointment was 420pm today (4-26-26). It was made by an online chat agent the night before. I get to the store and long story short, it was not accepted for service, and I was told that it could not be fixed by them. I thought my Total Rewards covered ALL my tech for repair but whatever. I wasted time and money going to this store FOR NOTHING! The Store Agent told me that I needed to contact the online chat again for some form of compensation for wrongly making an appointment for nothing. I did so when I got home. The first agent transferred me to another agent. This chat agent admitted that it was wrong for the appointment to be set up but said they could not compensate me with any credit or gift card for my lost time and money for the WRONG they did and gave me an 800 number to call for that. I called the number. After talking to two agents at that number, I was told that they couldn't do anything to make up for the wrong they did to me and told to contact online chat AGAIN! I did! This chat agent fully admitted that I should not have been given his runaround and that I was wronged but that they couldn't do anything to make it right and to contact the store! I ALREADY DID THAT WHEN I WAS THERE!! I lost HOURS of my life and MONEY for going back and forth to this store FOR NOTHING! All I wanted was a gift card or credit on my account to make up for all my lost time and money because of a BEST BUY error. NO ONE will fix this situation. I'm canceling my Total Rewards when it expires and I will report this store to the BBB tomorrow because this whole situation could have been ended hours ago if I was offered SOMETHING, ANYTHING, for the wrong that THEY did to me.

Matthew Simonson is the absolute best! After trying to decide what TV to buy for weeks, he was able to narrow down the perfect TV for us! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back to purchase more items that he recommended. 😊

James at the Grapevine store went above and beyond helping me on March 25th. I'm terrible at technology and he really spent the time to read the online tutorial I was trying to copy to use an iPad as a second screen and explain what I was buying (a capture card). He was also very upfront about the benefits of the Best Buy annual membership plan as well as how it renews automatically. It is rare to find sales associates that care so much about their job and their customers but it is so appreciated!

Went to look at compact Bluetooth speakers. They had the three brands I wanted to check however all three displays did not work properly and I couldn't listen to any of the three. Defeats the purpose of brick and mortar so we left

This is the second time I have come to this location to buy a $500 item and had to search around for someone to help me buy it. A lot of employees standing around socializing, none looking ready to help. This is also the second time I have had to be referred to another location because it said online they had the item in stock and they did not. The final part leading to my 2 star review was their refusal to price match govx. Their loss on the $550 sale since I just ended up ordering through govx with 3 day shipping.
