  Jessica has always been exceptional when going to the store she always knows what she's doing and goes the extra mile, I have upgraded atleast 3 times with her and she has always been so helpful maybe once there was hiccup i left my phone at the store because i had things to do and came back later and she had everything ready for me when I was back. She is an exceptional worker i have been in there when she has people to the door and tries her best to help everyone the best she can.

  It was the worst experience I ever had she is supposed to be a manager and she did not know how to do anything. 5 people came while I was sitting there and she ran and helped them and left me sitting. I suppose probably because I’m a senior 73 she thought she could get by with doing that it may be in a senior. I didn’t get a box or cord I got nothing except my two phones. I was exhausted and didn’t think about asking at the moment until now. There was a man in there that was also going through a lot with her and he said I hope you’re not having as much trouble as I’m having. I said yes sir I am it’s been terrible. What I went through I could write a book. I’ve been with you guys for probably eight years and I’m thinking seriously about switching to another carrier. I will think about it. My experience has been really good up until yesterday with her. It was a nightmare. And I want to add I’m not easily upset. Debbie Bush

  Jessica was great she helped get me into a new phone, and transferred all my information to my new one. She is the always so helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions.

  We came in for questions about switching from verizon, We had a great experience working, the manager was very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to clearly explain everything, I will definitely recommend Jessica to anyone needing assistance. We transferred all our numbers and have been happy with our service as well.

  They were extremely rude and called me lazy for not wanting to make a 30 minute drive into town not helpfull at all asked for them to remove something off my account last month and they never did so I still got charged for it I do not recommend the graham store whatsoever and this isn't the first time I have delt with there rude and snobbiness there customer service is trash
