  Jessica has always been exceptional when going to the store she always knows what she's doing and goes the extra mile, I have upgraded atleast 3 times with her and she has always been so helpful maybe once there was hiccup i left my phone at the store because i had things to do and came back later and she had everything ready for me when I was back. She is an exceptional worker i have been in there when she has people to the door and tries her best to help everyone the best she can.

  It was the worst experience I ever had she is supposed to be a manager and she did not know how to do anything. 5 people came while I was sitting there and she ran and helped them and left me sitting. I suppose probably because I’m a senior 73 she thought she could get by with doing that it may be in a senior. I didn’t get a box or cord I got nothing except my two phones. I was exhausted and didn’t think about asking at the moment until now. There was a man in there that was also going through a lot with her and he said I hope you’re not having as much trouble as I’m having. I said yes sir I am it’s been terrible. What I went through I could write a book. I’ve been with you guys for probably eight years and I’m thinking seriously about switching to another carrier. I will think about it. My experience has been really good up until yesterday with her. It was a nightmare. And I want to add I’m not easily upset. Debbie Bush

  We came in for questions about switching from verizon, We had a great experience working, the manager was very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to clearly explain everything, I will definitely recommend Jessica to anyone needing assistance. We transferred all our numbers and have been happy with our service as well.
