  I’ve seen this store and the team around before, and today they were outside, so I stopped to ask about the free iPhone 13 I saw on the window. They ended up hooking me up with an iPhone 14 for just $50! When they said they had the best prices in town, I had no idea they were actually telling the truth... but wow

  Visited the location yesterday and was really hooked up! Mailin and Alex got me a home internet; new phone.. the speeds in giddings are insane! Send all your family and friends here.. the prices and value i got were insane!

  Total ruined my birthday on December 15th. My family has a group chat and on this day I received an abundance of celebratory birthday text. When I responded to the group in one text, TOTAL Wireless turned my phone off. I was in Austin at the time and went to a branch in the Norwood shopping center. I spent an hour there with a new employee who couldn't offer much assistance after an hour and a half. He told me it was a network outage. The next day my phone still was not on, and my birthday was a fiasco as a result. I returned to Giddings and went to the branch there. This is also where I purchased the phone. Yazmin assisted me for four hours to a resolution. When she called their helped desk, we were told my service was suspended due to group texting and that it was against TOTAL's policy. We were both perplexed as we live in a society where Group Texting is a thing, especially in business now. While there that day I mentioned that I had service men coming to my place of business and it was imperative that my phone was restored immediately in the case they called. I had made up in my mind that I would leave the company and go to one of their competitors in February as I had paid my account a month in advance. Well opening a new business and going out of the country delayed this review and leaving TOTAL Wireless before February. I went today to pay my 35.00 and was surprised to see the man who actually signed me up for Total. I was even more surprised at his change in attitude towards me and what he said he was told about my situation. He said that TOTAL flagged me for Fraud for soliciting number's for my business. Fist, that goes against my character and reputation as well as one of my many careers. I'm licensed in private security. Secondly, I own the new game room {mini casino) in Giddings. I don't solicit. Word of mouth is all that was needed as gambler's have their own social circuit. Thirdly the third world customer service rep told Yazmin and myself that TOTAL turned my phone off for group texting. Remember I only responded once in the group text to express my gratitude to all who sent me birthday salutations. Most importantly, no apology was ever offered and today I was insulted on top of the injury. To those of you who may be interested in this company, RUN in the opposite direction. They are nice when they want your business but turn into passive jerks afterwards. No one knows what's going on or what they.re doing. Basically, you get what you pay for. Cheap will get you below standard service. This is my last month with them and I'm going to offer Yazmin a job because she offered stellar customer service that day and was the only one to acknowledge my birthday fail as a result of no phone service.

  Best deals around. Never knew there was better prepaid other than Metro, Boost, Cricket. Made the switch and don’t plan on changing. Sweet young lady helped me configure all my apps and set up my new phone. Even wrote down certain information on a card for me to keep so I know what I tied to my account! Total Wireless Rules!
