Daniel at this Verizon site in Georgetown did a wonderful job helping us understand which model was best for us and our needs. We decided on changing from Apple phones to Samsung phones. We also decided to switch from an outside vendor to Apple’s Home Internet Tower. I also would applaud this office for their time and expertise in answering all our questions in the transitions. I am a very satisfied customer.
