  Whatever you do, do not get their 5G home internet. It is incredibly slow, and their towers are not fully developed yet, yet they still sell it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid it. I have spent the last three days in frustration on the phone with their foreign help desk, where the representatives could barely speak English.

  The only two male staff members were seemingly tied up with a female customer who was less dressed than me and chose to not engage with me at all until she left with nothing completed. I found this behavior very unprofessional and definitely not what I expected as a tenured customer. I should have taken a picture of the laxadaisy stance (leaning on the counter with hands holding up chin while listening to her talk).

  I had the best experience with the people at this store. They are so friendly and smart! I don’t know how they know all the ins and outs of these devices but they do. I had an issue with my iPad being set up with my cell phone number (my own fault) and they got it all cleared up. Would 10/10 recommend coming here if you need help with your devices.

  Worse Verizon store, corporate or authorized reseller, I have been to. I have been with Verizon for over 15 years so I know my way around their plans & offers and what to expect. My goal was to go in, upgrade my phones, and leave. I had used Verizon's website to get a good estimate of what I would be paying on site as well as what my monthly bill would be. My first quote was about $70/month more than I expected. As the quote was reworked she started telling me we could keep our old phones and give them to someone. I said how do we get "free" phones and she said "they're still free." So the new quote was now ~$387/month ($137/month more than I had planned) as I was buying the phones outright and getting no trade-in credit. Since it was clear I wasn't getting anywhere I left. Sadly that was not the end. I went home and setup what I wanted online which meant waiting a few days for the phones to arrive. Once everything was up and running I wiped my old phones. I went back to the online site and told them I was ready to return the phones which I was told to go to, you guessed it, this store. She started the return process, I received notification on the Verizon app that the process had started. Then she came from the back room and told me she couldn't take the phones in. She didn't know what happened and reset my return process to a UPS QR code. I wasted lots of time and accomplished zero.

  Donovan is the best!! After weeks of trying to solve a problem with an old phone number he was able to solve a problem that even the Verizon technician wasn’t able to solve on the phone. If you have a problem just come to this location and ask for him!
