Please do yourself a favor and avoid it. I have spent the last three days in frustration on the phone with their foreign help desk, where the representatives could barely speak English.

I found this behavior very unprofessional and definitely not what I expected as a tenured customer. I should have taken a picture of the laxadaisy stance (leaning on the counter with hands holding up chin while listening to her talk).
