Absolutely useless. I’m having major problems with my bill due to verizon sending me two boxes. These people at this location tried to tell me to cancel the internets, start another line with them, and they will credit me 100$ on my bill. I feel violated.

***Update***
The Victra corporate team reached out to me and are refunding the cost of the screen protectors.
Stay away from this store. There is a corporate Verizon store located at 1225 S I-35, Georgetown.
Go there. They wont lie or rip you off.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had switching carriers.
Came in on Sunday night (12-21-2025) to switch from T-Mobile. The kid in there was very nice and told me about a special Verizon has to switch.
Told me I would pay the following:
$25 a line for 4 lines on the Unlimited Welcome plan.
Then told me I could get the S25 Ultra and two iPhone 17 Pro Max (256), all for $5 a month and an iPhone Air for free. Then said insurance and screen protectors were also included in the deal.
He calculated the math and said my monthly bill would about $130.
All good so far. Let's go ahead and switch and port my numbers over.
Get to the end....time for me to pay the taxes for my 4 phones. Total taxes for the 4 was taking should've been $387 (1200 + 1200 + 1299 + 1000 x 8.25%)
The guy totals me up for $692. Blown away, I ask him what that is and he says it's their mark up but he gave me free screen protectors to compensate.
I immediately tell him I am not paying that amount and he needs to reverse the account. He replies stating that will take too long and he has family Christmas plans that night so it's not getting done. I then told him I am not paying him $700 dollars when the taxes and the Verizon website are only $387.
After a back and forth he asks me if I will pay $590. I again decline. He finally comes back and asks if I will pay $440 which I ultimately agree to because my daughter was already excited about and I figured that if the taxes were $387, I paid a little more but the hassle of not having to reactivate my T-Mobile line was worth it.
That's was just the start of this mess.
I get home and realize that he gave me the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512 GB which is 200 dollars more total and didn't tell me (I asked for the 256)
Then I realize that in that $440, that didn't even include tax for the 4th device that's on back order. So on top of the $440 out of pocket, I would've had to pay them another $99 bucks in taxes for the fourth device. That's $539 for what should've been $387.
I then call Verizon and the customer service rep, blown away that this store is over charging customers, tells me that I am not on a $25 a line plan but a 45 dollar a line plan and my phones are also 10 more a month EACH.
Oh and that free insurance? Not so free. Charging me 25 dollars a month for it.
After two aggravating hours and a bunch of concessions by Verizon, we fixed all my plans, they refunded me the money this store over charged me, and gave me credits for the increase in phone prices.
I went today and cancelled my 4th phone order with them and reordered through Verizon.com
I hate giving bad reviews. People work for a living and have bad days. But this store was a horrible experience and over charges customers by hundreds of dollars.
Just go to the Verizon store on the east side of 35. They are a corporate store and wont overcharge you.

They lied. Plain and simple. Was told with their promotion for switching to them would receive an xbox controller and headset. Come to find out it was for another plan, but was asked to choose between that or Netflix. Wife went there to ask and was told no sorry would have to upgrade after the fact.

Poor and deceptive customer service. I was first quoted different prices for the same products by different salespeople in the same store. I was told I could purchase a new phone for my daughter and it would not interrupt service of her current phone until I activated the new phone. I did not intend to give her the new phone until Christmas. However, the phone stopped working when I made the purchase. I was on customer service for an over an hour with no avail and was told to go back into the store. When I went into the store, the salesperson was rude and told me that I was misinformed and that the person who told me that was new. The store manager, however, was there during the entire process when I was making the purchase and I heard them giggling about how good he was at “moving numbers around” after adding case covers/screen protectors I was supposedly getting free. I am considering switching all my services despite being with Verizon for over 10 years.
