Most definitely, this is the worst 5G Internet I've experienced, and on top of that, the worst customer service I've encountered. If you want to talk to someone from India all day who you can barely understand, feel free to get their service. If you want to deal with slow Internet speeds, this is the right place for you. If you want to handle the back-and-forth of incompetent people in IT, this is the place you want to be. I'm speaking from experience; I'm an IT person with 28 years of experience.

The one star is just because that’s the lowest i could give. Don’t walk away from this place, run! I seldom deal with sales personnel that will lie, and you cannot trust these folks at all ! Go across the road, I35, deal with professional staff.

Wow!! We had the Best Customer Experience with Verizon Rep Juan Fernandez today. He helped my husband with his Samsung S23 that we purchased from Verizon last year. He took the time to listen to my husband’s problem with his phone. We had previously gone to another Verizon store in Georgetown where 2 reps there did not want to help us at all. They were trying to sell my husband an IPhone and we have purchased the Insurance protection. We left that other store and came to this Wonderful Verizon store and Juan helped us with a smile, professional attitude and treated us (Seniors) with respect and great customer service. We also purchased some accessories while we were here— Special Thanks to Juan who was the Lone Ranger at his store. We will be coming back to this Store from now on.

Terrible experience trying to accomplish what we came to do: return Wireless Home Internet equipment, which is sold and activated at the location. Once the employee determined we weren't purchasing a product or service, he said he couldn't help us and we needed to call for support. When I pressed him to ask if he had a retail support number where *he* could get support, he got frustrated and belligerent and repeated himself. When I asked to speak to a manager to register my frustration that they're not empowered to assist customers, he said there was no manager and asked his colleague right next to him to give me the same answer to my original question. I was not belligerent, but I was firm in continuing to press to determine if there was any assistance I could get in the store. I asked for a managers number, they wouldn't give it to me. I asked them to call the manager, and the employee called the manager and gave an exasperated story that misrepresented my ask. Eventually I got a clear answer, which was that I could take my equipment to the UPS store to return it. I still had to wait on hold for 50 minutes to confirm the cancellation. When I asked the manager if they have a reporting mechanism for us to pass on our concerns, he told us we could Google it, or maybe that we could leave a Google review. So here I am. I'm not mad at the employee for being unable to help me -- that's a Verizon problem with empowering front-line employees. However, his needless escalation of the situation and disrespectful behavior at my continued inquiry when I was just trying to get a clear picture of the circumstances, that was unacceptable and frustrating.
