Was quoted a 3 day turnaround at most for my wife's new phone to come in, and lo and behold (when it looks like it wasn't even ordered for 3 to 4 days after we visited) it finally arrived, only for the whole experience and my account to be charged for a phone that wasn't even added to the account nor was even ported over correctly. To say I have been displeased after waiting almost 15 days since seeing this phone in person just because a Service Rep bungled everything and created unnecessary billings to an account and I can't even get what I ordered is the height of terrible customer service. Though they have apologized numerous times, Verizon or this location don't seem to really care and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid my same experience. 1⭐️/5⭐️
