Absolutely the worst customer service—unless you speak Indian or Arabic—they can't even figure out how to change your address. I mean, this is pitiful. I've been in I.T. for 28 years. Avoid it at all costs.

Sheri Gomez made all the difference for me. I was very attached to my 4yr old Motorola phone. It was cracked and old and worn like me. However it did not survive the deluge of water it got hit with when my water bottle leaked all over my purse. Sheri patiently worked with me to find not only a great phone, but one that was great for me. She gently coaxed me into accepting the change. Even her supervisor was at hand to explain that all was going to be OK. I especially appreciated the amount of time Sheri spent with me. She made the worse part of my day to be the best part. I wish there were more like her.
