- NFNora FJun 12, 20255.0Here is why I appreciate the Geek Squad: CeeCee is the epitome of professionalism. She gets to the point and takes care of business. For instance, when a customer tried to interrupt and take over my appointment, she was firm without negative undertones. For my issue she immediately knew a work around, implemented it and then showed me. If I wasn't retired, I would try to steal her away. Very impressive!!! Another employee I would like to praise is James who, on a different occasion was an encyclopedia of information. I asked him numerous questions to which he immediately responded in a manner I understood. He gave me timely and appropriate guidance. Knowledgeable and patient.

They didn’t bother to install all the parts to give me the full integration with my vehicle that I wanted but didn’t bother to tell me until afterwards in a voicemail. Wiring was sloppy, they didn’t put the header in properly, and backup camera doesn’t work correctly. Take your install job elsewhere.
