  Came in to trade in our laptop that was now not usable and to get a new computer. I was not enthused on needing a new computer but it is what it is. We were helped by Porter while looking for our replacement, and it couldn’t have had a better experience. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and spent the time with us we needed to feel comfortable spending money we did not intent to spend today. He was not pushy, just honest and answered all my husbands questions and comparisons. He was so great, and if we need anything else we will definitely be coming back to Porter.

  I forgot why I stopped going to best buy but this store reminded me. Standing in front of the item I wanted to purchase , I made sustained eye contact with at least 4 employees before a Samsung rep asked me if I needed help and called someone over. I was looking at Kindles. The Samsung rep helped when no store employees would.

  Been in here a few times now, and every time I was able to find what I needed. They usually have what you want the only thing you dont want while you are shopping is more people trying to push unwanted goods on you. Twice I was approached by the at&t people in here about what they can do for me. Even though i said I wasnt interested they kept trying to talk me into talking to them about it. Other than that this is just your regular old best buy with a weird check out thing going on in the corner.

  I just purchased the bundle from velvet cavalier online. I absolutely love it. The case is beautiful. It fits nice and snug and the magnets actually holds very well. I don't have to worry about anything falling off. It's just the perfect case I love it. It's worth every penny. Thank you so much velvet Cavalier. You have a returning customer.😊😊

  I had a fantastic experience and received absolutely excellent support when purchasing a new iPad and keyboard. The gentlemen who assisted me (and whose name escapes me unfortunately - he was a bit older - about my age actually...) was patient, helpful and courteous - and really made my drive from Taylor worth the trip (I was in the store about ~2-3pm). I was really impressed and I could tell that this is the way this gentlemen conducts himself all of the time - so I know that that location is really providing quality assistance to the customers who visit there. I am on an extended project in nearby Taylor and I will absolutely be using this location for all of my electronics needs - especially around the holidays. Kudos to this store and a special 'attaboy' for this fine gentleman who really represented Best Buy well. I really appreciated it.
