I had my mother in-law visiting and her TV died. So I went online, found one in stock, bought it and chose curbside pickup. I received a text that it was ready under an hour later. Pulled up, sent a text, and they brought it out and loaded it for me. Awesome service!!

We lost ~2000$ because of Best Buy Citi card purchase in addition to 3000$ original products cost.
It is not a best way to buy. Learnt it hard way.
Beware to be away from Best Buy citi card purchase.

I am a paid member. Very painful and disappointing.
Not helpful. Best Buy card that has been overcharged with couple of thousands where I could not reach to anyone for any support.
There is no one to speak to understand what is happening and have hit a roadblock.
No one from customer care or No one from store or office have a clue on what should be done.
Struggling to resolve. I am unsure if anyone has similar issues.
Better to stay away from this. Loss of time and money. Very stressful.
It is unfortunate, we are in loss of ~2000$.
