    Lexi was amazing. She was the only one working Saturday evening and successfully managed a store full of customers. I had just broken my phone and needed a new one that same night... She even stayed late to make sure I was all set up and good to go. Let's face it these days we just can't live without our cell phones. Thank you Lexi!!

    DO NOT BUY A NEW PHONE FROM THIS LOCATION! Writing this review as a warning to anyone that wants to patronize this particular store. I have patronized this store multiple times in the last 2-3 years, each time their customer service gets worse and worse. There are long wait times (usually at least 30-45 minutes) and employees are rude to customers. But the worst part is that their return policy for new phones is 14 days after purchase, which is completely opposite to all the signs posted in the store and also opposite to the official Verizon corporate policy. Verizon (corporate) has a policy that both their phones and merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, this store is a Russell Cellular authorized retailer of Verizon products (which is NOT the same as Verizon corporate)--so they can essentially make their own rules regarding product sales. With this in mind, please know that the manager at this particular location states that only phone ACCESSORIES have a 30 day return policy, BUT all NEW PHONES must be returned within 14 days of purchase. I hope this helps the next customer. I would recommend that you find an actual Verizon corporate store if you want to purchase a new phone.

    Ordered a phone on Saturday, it came in Monday, but the guy was unable to figure out how to get it to me. He tried hard, but ultimately did not have the know-how. Lexi helped me and was very communicative. She went above and beyond to help me get my phone, even though it took another two days. She is an amazing employee who is knowledgeable and friendly. She deserves a raise! She also hooked me up and got me a good deal. I’m very appreciative of her. She gets a 5-Star, but the overall inexperience of the other employee and the lack of a manager around the store gets a star knocked off. Where was the manager during all of this? I had to drive up there three days in a row to get my phone. If he was there, I bet it would have gotten done faster on Monday.

    I had an excellent experience with AB! From start to finish, their customer service was professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. What stood out most was their friendly attitude and willingness to take the extra step to find solutions. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but AB does exactly that. I highly recommend AB to anyone looking for reliable service and a team that truly values its customers. I’ll definitely be returning!

    If I could give this store a negative review I would. This is the second time there and they have very poor customer service, have no idea what their doing, no communication between the employees. First time I went they made an appointment only to not honor it. This time I simply needed a sim and the employee procrastinated so much and them when called on it tried to pass the buck off. I simply left and refuse to go back.
