  I was dreading walking in, but I was proven wrong. They only had one of the phones that I wanted so I was extremely limited on choices, but aside from that, it was a great and quick experience.

  I highly recommend to people who comes in seeking Tech support for business or phones to go elsewhere. These people are not very helpful nor knowledgeable. Both guys even the so called manager? Normal girl wasnt there Came back 3x looking but I think she hasnt been there for awhile now

  If there was zero stars then I would have given zero stars as customer service is soooo bad at this store due to the employee name Lexi and his manager Alex working here. I had really bad experience with apple watch I got in offer going on. Lexi did not give any information about there will 3rd line aded to our phone then we saw the bill, it was really surprising to us. Since it was under one month, we went to return apple watch to the store. Lexi told us that her manager refused to pay us refund for $40 , if we want it then we need to come back otherwise she will be in trouble. Also, she asked to pay $8 more for returning the watch on top of $40 which we already paid for the watch. When I asked her why I have to pay $8 then she said She refused to give service to disconnect 3rd line now for watch services. Looks like there employee trying to hide the information from customers and making fuss at the time of return.I had such bad experience, I will not go to this store at all. Such a bad experience with Verizon store.

  Avoid this place. As a Verizon customer for 15+ years this store messed up everything on my account. They signed me up for Verizon cloud which I did not ask for. They did not process my rebate on my phone which raised my bill by another $30 a month. Then they put a screen protector on my phone and gave me a case because they said it was free. Only for them to charge me for it.(Over $100). To make matters worse they took the charging cable from my new phone box which they tore to pieces getting the phone out and did not replace it. I also never got a receipt for any of this so I have been completely scammed. I later discovered that my phone does NOT recommend the use of a screen protector in the first place. Spent 3 hours on the phone to try and get this resolved, but Verizon wanted me to return everything to the store I bought it from. Verizon eventually said that they had the rebate, but it would not be processed for 2 to 3 billing cycles and could not give me any proof or receipt that this would happen. I just now tried to get the warranty for my scam screen protector, but it wouldn't process because I needed a store receipt which I was never given. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and will not ever be going back to this Verizon authorized retailer. I am about to log a serious complaint to Verizon as this store is not operating at anywhere near Verizon standards. Please beware if you go here. I would not recommend you go here. They will lie to your face to make a sale. I thought I could trust an official retailer for Verizon, but I've just learned the hard way. Update: Contacted the store by their app asking for receipt. Receipt still hasn't been sent to me. Called and got cut off. Called back and was left on hold for 15 minutes. Resent message via the app. Awaiting response. This is obviously not a one off Absolutely awful customer service. Am about to reach out to the email in the response below. I will resort back.
