  Best customer service! They got me in and out quickly and helped me through the whole process. I didn’t know anything about phone lines, but they explained everything clearly and made it easy. They also have a lot of great promotions. Highly recommend!

  On Sunday I had a very unpleasant interaction with a Total Wireless representative. A person wearing baggy clothing and only a name tag (no visible Total Wireless uniform) approached me and started a sales pitch about opening a phone line. Because there was no clear uniform or proper identification, I honestly thought he was just a homeless person approaching me begging for money and not an employee. I politely said “no thank you.” Instead of leaving, he became upset and repeatedly asked “why, why?” in an aggressive tone. It felt confrontational and uncomfortable over simply declining a service. Customers should never feel pressured or intimidated after saying no. This employee seriously needs retraining in customer service and professionalism. I’m sorry to say it, but the interaction completely ruined my day and left a very negative impression of the company.

  I had a really uncomfortable interaction with a Total Wireless representative on sunday. The rep approached us with a sales pitch about opening a phone line. We weren’t interested and chose not to engage, but instead of respecting that and moving on, he kept trying to get our attention and continued pushing us about getting a line. When we ignored him, he said “hey, it’s disrespectful ignoring me while I’m talking,” which honestly caught us off guard. At that point it felt less like customer service and more like harassment. Customers shouldn’t be pressured or confronted just for not wanting a sales pitch. I understand employees have a job to do, but there’s a respectful way to approach people. This interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, and it left a very negative impression that person he needs to be retrain or fire.

  I had a representative approach me while I was walking in front of a dd's discount and first things. First, he had a horrible pitch to start the interaction which was an immediate turn off Following that he had wired headphones dangling from his earlobes and a messy raggedy shirt with only his name tag visible. I almost thought he was an ex-convict who was trying to sell banana bread before he started talking to me about having a phone bill. I wish I hadnt had this interaction walking across the DD's discount but I did unfortunately and I will forever have to live with this bad experience of someone trying to sell something to me but failing miserably I'm unsatisfied with total by Verizon in this area because they sent out their worst representative. Possible to try to make sales As I'm walking away, the gentleman can't handle rejection and understand that I'm not interested. So he tells me that I'm being disrespectful for walking away. If he really wanted to sell that bad he would have walked with me. I never want to see his face in front of a dd's discount again, especially not the one that I go to commonly it left a bad taste in my mouth I pray that total by verizon has a evaluation for who they hire. At least someone with a middle school education. At the very least the gentleman seemed like he had just got done doing prison time. Next time if he wants the respect of a customer then don't demand. Respect. Show respect for yourself and learn how to make a sale properly.
