The absolute worse.... Computer repair ..they shipped my computer off for over a month.. finally came back.. it was in the exact condition it was when I brought it in... Did not work.. they said they would rush it well 3 weeks later I get it back again and still it was not working....🤯

I sit here waiting for a schedule appointment for over 90 minutes. There are three other customers and 1 girl chatting it up with the customer in front for 30 minutes. One rep only for a while. One came out from in back, helped one person for two minutes and left. This customer service is an absolutely joke! I wish I could leave zero stars but the system Wong let me.

Whoever set up our call ticket did so incorrectly. We purchased a TV in Dec. 2013, few months later the volume goes out randomly while changing a channel. JOE GREEN came out MAY 2014 to "FIX".
Was never fixed... replaced parts... fast forward 2 more months volume STILL doing this. We call again and give up hope it will ever be resolved. Now Dec 2015 we have a white flickering while watching our TV. Called Geek Squad they confirmed it's no longer under warranty but would be glad to come out and look since it was an issue never resolved. (ok that sounds great!) Man gets here and says this TV is out of warranty I can not order any parts for this TV or do anything without a 100$ service call fee, parts fee, and another 100$ to drive back out and install! ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
He says the call ticket was set up incorrectly as a "follow up". He did make a slight effort to call 2 people... one being a manager neither was helpful. Neither cared about US as customers and "making it right". Seems like a bunch of lazy geeks! What happened to customer service and following through.
I will NEVER buy from BEST BUY... I WILL NEVER USE GEEK SQUAD.
