- DRDenali RayneFeb 27, 20251.0So Frustrating when you walk in a place, explain that you're needing phone service you tell the young girl that you have an old Cricket phone that is kind of broken but if that's the cheapest way then we'll do that is get that one turned on. Also explained to her that you are interested in the iPhone special that they have where do they have any other phone promotions. Bottom line the girl told me that it was going to be like $250 every way except turning on my old Razr phone which was 97. Now on the windows it states that they have free phone with activation and also the iPhone 13 for $25. When I brought it to her attention she just Shrugged her shoulders and said well it's too late now to change it I guess I didn't realize. So having a number to port in I could have gotten it iPhone special or just going with their cheap free phone which isn't broken would have cost me the same or less. The issue here is that girl's job is to know the Inns and the ins and outs of cricket Wireless. She didn't want to help me from the jump. When i asked for a receipt, she paused I went back on the computer and printed me out a receipt that is literally 6 and 1/2 ft long .I will never do business with them again.
