- AYAndres YagualApr 3, 20261.0Horrible horrible, hace un mes estaba buscando cambiarme de línea y fui a esta agencia de cricket y le conté el plan que queria, ella me dijo que no se podía porque yo queria conservar mi número de teléfono y ese plan era para líneas nuevas. Ella me dijo que ella lo podía hacer total accedí cambiarme a cricket siempre y cuando tenga el plan que me ofrecieron. Ella me quito el sim card de la otra línea me puso uno nuevo de cricket y todo bien me hizo pagar la creación de la nueva línea pero d semanas después este plan se quedó sin internet, que raro pensé porque era ilimitado hoy fui a pagar y a quejarme y me cuentan que no que me puso el plan que le dio la gana. Y fue la misma chica que me atendió aquí en esta agencia en 61st y no pudo hacer nada, queria que pague de nuevo otra línea nueva cuando ELLA MISMO me hizo pagar la línea nueva hace un mes. Y no me soluciono nada ni me ofreció ninguna otra solución toda grosera, sin ganas de ayudar y ahora estoy atrapado en esta línea telefónica, con un plan que yo nunca quise y con un internet pésimo. COMO PUEDE SER POSIBLE QUE NI SU PROPIO STAFF CONOZCA SOBRE SUS PLANES Y SUS PROPIAS REGLAS. TERRIBLE SERVICIO PÉSIMO
