Anytime I go for a replacement if I break it (not often but accidents happen) the service is quick and they are always friendly!! 10/10 recommend!!

He also pointed out that a screen protector was a better price than ATT and had an extended warranty. I was surprised to learn there is no more incentive for repeat customers, I believe there was a discount on new screen covers if I brought in my old one. Benjamin clearly explained there is new management and that you had stopped doing that for a while now … the message seems off to me, you’r getting a 5-star for having a superior product. My two cents, loyal customers should be rewarded not disincentivized.
