It's been over a week, several hours on the phone, issues still not resolved. Don't buy the lie that you get a "free" line- it's not free at all, and it takes an act of God to turn it off without fees. We paid activation fees in the store for two phone upgrades and those payments still aren't reflected on our account!! When I asked about this I was told it was manager error and they would be processing the payment. That was on Wednesday. Still nothing. It goes on and on and on. I'll be going to a different corporate location tomorrow to try to get someone who's competent and knowledgeable to work this out. I've been with Verizon for over 17 years and it gets worse every upgrade. Loyalty here is not honored, it actually costs you more to be a long time customer because you're on an "older plan" so they can't give you same promos, is what I was told. Incompetent, ridiculous and HUGE waste of time I obviously won't get back. Worth driving farther to avoid this location. 2nd time we've had bad experience at this location.
