After 30 days my internet stopped working because it's not being used at the "service" address on my account which I have never even heard of. Don't believe the lie about getting bill credits for applying for a verizon credit card. Instead of the $150 it's only $50.

She went over what my options were. Explained it very easily and well. Actually got me more for my old phone and a higher level phone than I was even expecting on both.
