Alyssa the manager asked did I have a military discount on my account and I said no. She informed me they could help but there would be a 29.99 charge. Of course I’ve never had a problem changing over phones before and I guess now that they are charging they make sure you have problems. She claims the charge comes from apple. So I said since it’s that much trouble I can just give the phone back and keep the one I have. In a nasty sarcastic tone she informed that I would spend more since there’s a restocking fee as if she was proud I would be charged some fee. I’ve been a loyal customer more than 10 years and her appreciation was zero. Though she never asked anything about me as a customer at all, just happy to inform me of fees. I told her I don’t mind paying fees for better customer service at this point. I’m looking at different carriers now. It’s not the bad news that’s the issue, it’s how it’s delivered. I hope Verizon invest their fees on more quality staff and not just some hot head who doesn’t care about the customers.

- KPKalyanReddy PulugamJan 30, 20261.0Poor customer service I’ve ordered my phones 10days ago but still not delivered it’s been third day I’ve been continuously visiting the store the young lady who will be in store will give reckless answers who don’t know anything about the process and even if I’ve asked about the phones they simple gave me customer care number which will not work at all , and even I’ve come back after 5min they ask me to check in and wait in the que even though the other representatives are free to help this is simply too loot money and leave the customers helpless about the system
