After multiple followups and talking to 3-4 managers they started comparing other types of credits on the account which were not related to the discussion and lowballed it to 40% out of it!! if you guys promise something you should honor it otherwise dont honor it in the first place. Guys please take things in writing from these guys otherwise you guys can also go for a toss.
