  I repeat do not use Greek Squad. I repeat do not use this service. Worst service I have ever in my life experienced. Had an appointment for Friday. From 10am to 12 am. I called the company on Tuesday. Letting them know that I was available from Tuesday to Friday anytime. On the day I called to inform them that my schedule was open they asked would Saturday work. I said why would I want Saturday if my appointment is for Friday. He said that he was just asking. I replied is there something I should know, because if there is a can go in to work. The technician rep replied no that there will definitely be someone there Friday between 10 and 12. I said OK, thank you. I get a call today Starr tinge that there will be no technician coming out and that I have to reschedule for tomorrow. I replied if you knew that this was going to happen why didn’t you just tell me Tuesday when I spoke to the technician rep and I could’ve rescheduled my schedule to go into work today? They had no explanation but I’m sorry. So, I lost a hole day of work for their unprofessionalism. Make sure if you do use their services. That you get concrete information on when and id someone is really coming out. So that you can plan your day. And I am still waiting on my refund. If you can pay in cash or some other way. Try that first. Before you give them your credit card information.

  They have absolutely no idea on fixing apple products. Stay away from this so called tech shop if you are here for repair. Absolute crap customer service killing time and efforts

  Didn’t expect this kind of service from a brand like Best Buy. Apple should remove them as their service center. I went there to get my iPhone battery replaced and they messed up my speaker. I didn’t to testing immediately after I received the phone coz I thought that brands like Best Buy and apple will own things up. Later when I went there to get things fixed I was met with Mr Codi who ended up telling me that I messed up my phone myself and asked me $300 to fix it. I asked for the test results that they ran before and after the repair and video recording of their shop and still awaiting response after several weeks. I recommend going to apple store to get things fixed and stay away from Best Buy.

  ??Jose??? was not helpful at all!😡😡 I made an appointment 3 days before and drove an hour. He seemed like I was wasting his time.
