I visited this location recently with the intention of purchasing a Sony Alpha camera for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
First, the store policy (or at least what I was told) prevented me from actually handling the camera to see how it felt, which is a critical part of making such a significant purchase. When I finally received help from a representative named Ken, the situation became incredibly uncomfortable. He was very dismissive of my preferences, insisting on his personal opinions rather than listening to my needs.
More concerningly, his personal hygiene was highly unprofessional; he had severe bad breath and persisted in speaking directly into my face throughout the interaction. The situation was so unpleasant that I had to leave the store without the camera I had planned to buy. I am very disappointed that a professional retailer like Best Buy would allow such a poor standard of customer service and hygiene.

Unfortunately products have gone down. Bought an HP Omni X and within 3 months mouse pad sticks and screen rotation happens all day due to bad driver.

They do not have a phone number to call and speak with customer service. It’s a bogus number on Google. And it’s a robot. So no way to get a hold of the store

I visited this store on 2.5.2026 to have the cracked screen on my Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max replaced. Best Buy is an approved Apple Service Center and I made my appointment online through the Apple website. The service tech Jason helped me at check in and I received a follow-up call and email 1 hour later when the repair was completed. I live in Frisco TX and much prefer to use a local store for my Apple product needs rather than drive to the Galleria in Dallas. This Best Buy provides excellent service and I have shopped and purchased there on numerous occasions and have always been satisfied with their staff and products.
