I ordered something from a 3rd party but it was gonna take about a week to be delivered. Alternatively, they offered to pick it up from Best Buy depending on which location had it stock. I was able to pick it up the next day. Pretty smooth process. You also get to keep the discounts and promotions from the original seller. 5 stars for Best Buy for providing this service.

They are scammers they got my information and told me that they are giving me discount on a purchase I told them I don’t want to make a credit card the sales person said no I don’t make a credit card for you but today I received my credit card even though I told him that I am applying for a home but he didn’t care.

Just purchased a lens for my camera from this store. Very friendly staff at the location, especially Ken. Knowledgeable, polite, very helpful. Easily the most positive experience I've had at a Best Buy

Will never buy from here again. I needed to get external storage for my Xbox series s. I called an “expert” from Best Buy to tell me what extra storage for my Xbox for me to play my Xbox series x/s games was and he sold me an external hard drive. I get to the store give them my name, phone number, and email and they can’t find it. I finally tell them what the product is and they find it under a completely different name, email, and number. After all that trouble the external hard drive they sold me didn’t even work for my application. I go back into the store after calling online and asking them what product is the one that I actually need and they sell me another product that I DONT NEED and isn’t for my application. I figure out 4 months later because I trusted the “experts” and try to play an Xbox series x/s game. I now call the “experts” again and I tell them if I go to the store can they exchange the external hard drive for the proper expansion card that I need and he sets an appointment for the geek squad. Geek squad says they can’t do anything no return, no exchange, no store credit for me to buy the correct product. So now I wasted my gas coming to the store, my time, and money for even purchasing from Best Buy. Horrible service and very poor knowledge of products. Will never shop here again.

I arrived at the store on On Preston Ridge before the store opened, but Chris, a worker there, he may have even been a manager, came out and let me know that they weren't open yet. I asked him if he could check to see if they had a specific screen protector in stock and right there in the parking lot he checked for me. He let me know his store didnt have it, but called the store at Eldorado and spoke to Jesse to make sure they had it in stock. Jesse held the product for me. Thank you Chris & Jesse for helping me during this busy time!! It is awesome to experience great customer service even when everyone's in a rush!
