    Their delivery through roadie is something to be desired. Just an experience I would definitely not want anyone else to go through. Save time and just pick it up at the store.

    Best buy has the benefit of being the last vestige of in-store technical support at a large scale with just about every electronic purchase I could need. Buying a laptop, TV, they were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and it was worth being there. Don't go there for Apple phone repairs. Process is terrible. Needed to confirm if they could fix our iPhone as they are listed for Apple repair support in the area. We called the Best Buy number, and the only answer was, you need to go to the store. Appointment made, showed up, waited 45 mins for appointment, to then be told they don't repair broken lenses. Why is it not clear online what service they do and don't? Why would the customer support rep not know?

    Do not shop at any Best Buy. They will have you schedule an appointment for a washer/dryer delivery and then not send all the parts for the dryer. No one will reach out to you either and then they will have you schedule 2 appointments to install a single dryer. Customer service has been trash and no one will return my call. Best Buy will steal your money and only do half the job and then take multiple appointments to install one dryer. Sorry excuse for customer service and installers who do not check equipment before delivery. Wish I could give 0/5 stars. So not shop at any Best Buy ever! This all happened on October 22nd. Save your money because they will steal it. Edit: STILL 0/5 ⭐️ It’s currently October 27th and Best Buy finally came by to install my dryer. They had no notes about the MULTIPLE TIMES IVE COMMUNICATED with customer service. The installer arrives and luckily had an extra screw that was originally missing for whatever reason. I cannot warn you enough to not shop at any Best Buy and if you do then you should install everything yourself. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I still never received a call from a supervisor like I was promised. If you feel like dealing with a company that is okay with taking your money and leaving you out to dry then yes, go to Best Buy. No wonder this place struggling, the treat their customers like absolute trash. Disgusting and disappointed. Don’t even bother reaching out to customer service or social media like they ask. It’s just to save face and look like they care. They care about taking your money and nothing else

    Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had — period. I bought a Verizon iPhone 17 Pro Max from this store, and the phone has been completely unusable from day one. It won’t activate, and instead of helping me, Best Buy and Verizon have been tossing me back and forth like it’s a game. I’ve come into this store multiple times for the past two weeks!!!!! Every single time I get the same useless answer: “Call customer service.” No one even offers to call the hotline for me in order to fix this issue!!!! Customer service tells me to come back to the store. Nobody takes responsibility. Nobody actually fixes anything. Now they’re telling me I owe $400 for a “trade-in credit” that never even happened — because the phone never activated and the trade-in was never processed. How is that my fault? I paid for a brand-new phone that doesn’t even work, and Best Buy’s response is to shrug and try to charge me extra. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this store has shown me that once they have your money, they do not care. Zero accountability, zero effort, zero help. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to do the same.
