They will not help you everybody on they phone. Acting like they dont hear you asking for help. So many costumers was walking out because nobody was helping them please do better its tax szn people are ready to spend and they are not helping

Employees are a pain to deal with, making weird faces at me and honestly you should go to micro center,Best Buy never has anything in stock and everything is always overpriced, and nobody that works there know what they are talking about

Scheduled a TV install appointment a couple of weeks ago. My window today was 7a-7p. Around 2p I hadn’t heard a more specific window. Called and was told there was some kind of mixup and they rescheduled me 9 more days out. Took today off work and they refused to reimburse any of the install costs. I’m a total tech member and am very disappointed they had some kind of mixup that I only heard about when I called.
