It’s an apple store so they are pretty much clones of each other. However the service here is pretty fast and they are all friendly. They do seem to have more stock in than other stores and they had some pretty cool sessions for the kids.

I am absolutely appalled at the service provided here. Made an appointment online on a Thursday in the middle of the day to get my iPhone screen fixed before I left for Austin. Showed up and it took at least 45 minutes for someone to come over after I was set at the table. I then gave them my phone with cracked screen and they said it would be about 2 hours. I also said I needed a new USB-C to lightning cord and a new screen protector since mine was cracked. That’s when they took my phone and my old screen protector. I come back about 2 hours later and get told it will be another 45 minutes. I come back an hour later and not one of the 50 Apple employees in the store says one word to me, not even the person at the front that’s supposed to greet you. I’m standing at a table with my time ticket in my hand waiting on someone to acknowledge me long enough to talk. Finally after about 15 minutes a lady looks up from her iPad and asked if I’d been helped. I explain that no one has even said a word to me since I walked in here and that I was just picking up my phone and accessories. She made a very sarcastic and rude comment about how I couldn’t find anyone to talk to with all the employees and once again told me it would be another 45 minutes. At this point I had been walking around a shopping mall for about 5 hours just for my phone screen to be fixed, a simple fix that has taken 2 hours max in my past experiences. It had been so long, I wasted my entire day and just wanted to get out of there and get on the road. They didn’t give me the USB-C cable I paid for so I had to ask for it a third time, or the new screen protector I was told I’d receive, OR even the old one so I could just take it to the kiosk in the mall and get it replaced for cheap. I will never EVER have any of my Apple products serviced at this store ever again until they step up their communication and customer service. Worst Apple experience I’ve ever had.

The employees are not nice at all, compared to other local apple stores. Not sure how they got trained. And they are not fair to their customers, they skipped the customers in line on purpose. do not know why how their manager think. Do not go there if you want the best customer service.
