  I was not empresses with my visit.i come to the store may twice a year and lately ever store representative had no care attitude. I asked 2 sales people how to redeem store credit for on line purchese they dint provide any instruction as if they just dont know.they nees to learn it . I dont think I would shop there again. Thanks.

  I had a great experience at Best Buy. Thanks to Dylan. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose an Apple iPad Air. He took the time to explain the features clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed for my job, without feeling rushed or pressured. Customer service like this really makes a difference Dylan went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.

  I can’t say enough about the excellent experience we had with Mustafa, the supervisor. We came to the store just to browse clothes dryers, with no intention of making a purchase. However, we were fortunate to meet someone as knowledgeable and patient as Mustafa. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, which ultimately gave us the confidence to buy our dryer there—along with the warranty. He truly understood our needs and guided us in making the right decision. Thank you, Mustafa, for your outstanding help. We will definitely return for all our future purchases.

  This place is huge and best for electronic lovers. They had gaming chairs and laptops to get some experience. They also provide good information about the products when we ask them, they are giving us good suggestions. They should have more offers on laptops and other items. I have not seen gaming experience in many other stores. Parking is plenty as usual.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to poor communication and inconsistent information from the staff. Two days ago, I visited the store to replace my TV remote. A staff member told me that they could not replace just the remote and that I needed to bring the entire TV for a full replacement. Trusting this, I went back home, packed my TV, and returned to the store the next day with both the TV and remote. However, when I arrived, a different staff member told me that replacements cannot be done in-store and that I must contact customer service and handle it online. This completely contradicted what I was told earlier. Because of this misinformation, I wasted a significant amount of time and effort. Carrying a TV from the third floor, transporting it in my car, and then taking it back home was physically exhausting and unnecessary. I also lost half a day and spent money on fuel. Overall, the staff were not reliable and did not provide clear or accurate guidance. I hope the store improves its communication so other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience.
