  Habe dort mein iPhone 17 Pro Max gekauft. Das Personal war sehr net , hat mir alle Möglichkeit aufgezeigt . Ich habe mich dann noch für den Displayschutz entschieden der sofort aufgeklebt wurde . Beste Grüße MW

  I had an appointment scheduled for 2:25 PM and I’m still waiting at 2:45 with no clear update. The Apple employees I did speak with were friendly, but the overall experience feels disorganized and unprofessional. It also gives the impression that unless you’re spending money, you’re not a priority.

  I had an excellent experience at Apple Baybrook thanks to Brendon! He recognized my family and I from previous visits, and really took care of us. What stood out from my Genius Bar appointment was how professional, understanding, and kind he was. Brendon went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and efficient, he sets the standard for what the Apple experience should be. Apple Baybrook is lucky to have him, and I sincerely hope his dedication is recognized. Customer service like that is rare, and it's the reason my family will keep coming back to this location.
