    Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! Horrible customer service from manager Mark & Brandon , recently bought an 17 pro max from here and been having all sorts of issues with it since I bought it, phone won’t power on for hours . Took it back there & they wouldn’t help me out with a new device I was on google looking at the reviews & told mark I see all of the bad reviews & the other manager Brandon laughed & said “ all Apple stores have bad reviews” & I thought WOW Apple a billion dollar company has people like this working for them & managing there stores?? What a way to represent the brand , stay away from this place

    Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The lady that was supposed to help was barely answering my questions, and that poker face attitude made me felt uncomfortable. My Apple Watch was stolen and I had apple care+, unfortunately that warranty doesn’t cover the stolen/lost watches. The problem here is no one explained that to me when I first bought my watch. Apple needs a better customer service and better warranty since their products and services are not cheap.

    Literally had an appointment and nobody came to help me sat like an idiot for twenty minutes then Apple text me talking about an extension and after the extension nothing. Idk they helped all the white people that came in. Felt a little racist all their white “genius bar” employees only helped the white people. Or could be homophobia idk. They saw me sitting there. Like nobody hired me to sit here and be a model… HELLO!!! customer service much? Anyways Best Buy has a Genius Bar too and they sell Apple products 🤭 or Samsung idk girl….

    If I could give negative stars to this store I would. I purchased a pair of earpods pro 3. The store decided to give my order to some random without checking ID. As I go pick up my purchase the store tells me that they have been picked up. Their answer to their incompetence was "dispute the purchase with the bank, there is nothing we can do".... REALLY?????? as a store you get paid, you give my order to someone else, obviously YOU messed up, but I as a customer have to go out on a limb to fix your issue? The store manager lacks common sense, patience, and the ability to resolve and obvious mistake from the STORES part. That person should not have a job in service. I go ahead and call support to be told I will be called back in 3 hours???? how hard can it be to figure out they messed up. Lets make it right on the PAYING customer and they figure out the rest on the background. No APPLE's stance is, sorry we JACKED UP, you fix the issue. Oh and by the way we do not require ID to give purchases????? This is outrageous. IF YOU LOVE APPLE SO MUCH THAT NEED TO HAVE APPLE PRODUCTS, DO NOT GO THERE. FIND ANOTHER STORE. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.
