  Worse place to get help. I was trying to get help on transferring my stuff to the new phone but they said I had to make an appointment which I did and when the time came by literally workers just walking around just acting like they are busy. I waited over an hour and a half for help but never came by so I left . This store is horrible!!

  The black girl with the glasses 👓 is kinda aggressive not much of a help when it comes to customer service. Zero kindness towards customers. She doesn’t do any good for the store needs to be advised or moved to another store

  Terrible customer service. I should’ve checked the reviews before coming here! The employees act like a bunch of high school kids! Not only that, they broke my phone display. I went in to get my battery fixed, when i got my phone back the display had bright white lines and my face ID stopped working. I am never going back!

  Second time going to this store because it’s closest to home but yeah I guess I’ll have to drive a bit farther for a better costumer service the first time I went we had a sarcastic employee who rushed our whole process couldn’t even ask questions. Now this time the employees here are so rude no people skills whatsoever. They’re not nice and when I asked for a speaking Spanish employee they were like more rude. Like I get it perhaps you can’t cater to us specifically but be nice about it don’t turn around and gossip with other employees and not get anyone to help us. We just wanted a new phone thankfully this Spanish speaking employee came to us to help us but no apology for the bad rep from other employees they just stood around mean mugging literally ignoring us for a bit… I didn’t make a big deal about it in store cause we just wanted to get the phone.. so yeah train your employees right!

  Went here last Sunday to upgrade my iPhone 13 to the 17. I had to explain what I wanted like three different times. Employees are not nice and they rush you. I had like four different people come during the short period of time we were there to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. You would think spending this kind of money on a phone would recieve better customer service. This is the closest Apple store to my house, but if there was another Apple store close to me, I would absolutely go to another one! The employees that were setting up my phone were also talking about their personal lives right in front of us. Your job is to serve and take care of the customer; if you want to take about your personal lives, do it off the clock or when there are no customers around. Need better management!
