I went in there yesterday after work and Ms Zuly helped me with no hassles or hiccups. I frequently visit the Apple Store and never have any complaints. Overall great experience!

This was an experience for me today. But i got the best sales person ever. She helped me a great deal with she was the best. Great people skills just a fabulous person. Even though her lunch break was coming up she didn't leave me stranded. She deserves a big raise. You dont meet people like her everyday. But lucked out and got the star of this store. Just the best.

Scheduled a appointment for a phone repair to have my battery replaced. Showed up to the appointment and checked in we were directed to go sit at a table and they would send someone over for our appointment. Mikey came up to our table and stood there looking at us but would not greet us or offer to help he stood there taking personal calls on his cell phone and ignoring everyone else. after waiting half a hour for someone to come over and ask us why we were there we let them know we had a appointment to get the battery replaced and they tell me i have to scan a barcode to do a diagnostic on my phone. she tells me to let that run and someone will be over to help. after waiting another half hour and being told by Mikey that we are sitting at the wrong table we were at the set up table and that's why we were not going to get helped because we sat at the wrong table. he also was extremely rude to a Indian family who had kids playing with a iPad and he got up and yanked it out of the kids hands and unplugged it and took it away from them. he actually went up to someone to help them. My guess is he only helps Black people because he was very rude to every other ethnicity that was there. after waiting a hour past my appointment they sent over another kid who tells me i need to back up my phone and do all this other BS because they did not want to help me and do the repair they wanted to be as rude and unhelpful that we would either buy new or get up and leave. I have never experienced customer service as bad as i have at this store. If your not black or buying something else don't expect to get help at all.
The Apple associate that sold me my new phone/case/screen protector absolutely lied about the Belkin screen protector lifetime warranty to not only me but the people around me as well. I bought the screen protector because they stated that if it broke I could bring it back in and just have it replaced. Well my protector has become quite damaged, so I went back to the same location and asked to have it replaced and they told me that not only do I need the original receipt but you can’t even request it at the store or at apple at all. You have to submit a request through Belkin and have your receipt of purchase and everything and then it takes 3-5 days of processing…it’s insane what people will do to get sales these days, I don’t know when straight up lying to your customers became a marketing strategy. Do not buy these from Apple and do not believe what they try to tell you to convince you to buy their products. This protector is worse quality than the magic john ones I’ve used in the past and cost 4 times more!! Also let’s talk about the case!!! I bought a brand new beats case (apple owns beats) and I have never had a phone case peel and deteriorate as fast as this one…I’ve had better $5 made in china cases than this $45 case. If you plan on buying a specific model iPhone, just order your own protector and case off amazon or something bro, do not waste your time and money with these scammy products and employees.

I made an appointment for March 23, 2026 at 6:35pm. When you make an appointment, it allows you to sign in, pulls up your device, gives you a selection of issues you might be having, then you select and day and time.
I arrived at this location at 6:20pm for my 6:35pm appointment. When I walked up to the “pick up” area (since it’s right next to the Genius Bar) and let the employee know that I was there for an appointment. He questions my statement, “an appointment?!” with a confused tone. He checked me in for my appointment and pointed at the table I was to wait at. Around 7pm I went back up to the employee who checked me in and asked a status on when I would be helped. He informed me that my appointment showed that someone had already started assisting, which was not true. So I went back and around 10 mins later someone finally came to assist. Unfortunately the parts that I needed to fix my phone was not in stock and needed to be ordered. That was frustrating on its own because I could have been informed prior to traveling 45 mins away.. since the appointment system knows what device I have and what I needed done. The employee assisting me mentioned that even if they had the parts, it was too late in the day to even fix my phone. Another frustrating experience. Because again, the appointment system knew what I was needing done.. yet still allows you to make an appointment even up to 7:50pm. The parts had to be ordered. When I arrived today, March 28, 2026 for them to actually fix my phone since the parts came in, I dropped my phone off. When I arrived after my phone was fixed, the person that brought my phone out seemed very rushed wasn’t very pleasant. He just seemed very dry and annoyed. I asked about the parts and the condition of the parts that were used and he was very snappy. Needless to say, the experience wasn’t very good on both occasions. Some of the employees seems nice and pleasant, unfortunately the ones I experienced, were rude.
