I’d like to share my sincere appreciation for Mando Ortiz, a customer service representative at Verizon who has truly gone above and beyond. We’ve been with Verizon for about three years, managing a pretty hefty setup: multiple phone lines, additional internet lines, and now even Apple Watches on each line, so we’re talking at least a dozen services on our account. As you can imagine, that’s a lot of moving pieces.
Now, I’ve interacted with quite a few customer service reps over time, both in-store and through Verizon’s phone and chat support. Some were okay, some should find new jobs, but it always felt like getting a straight answer or consistent help was hit or miss. Things just didn’t get resolved the way they should—until Mando stepped in.
Mando was a game-changer. He worked tirelessly to fix errors in our billing and made sure everything was straightened out. He took the initiative to reach out to me, follow up, and ensure that nothing slipped through the cracks. His dedication was like comparing a top-tier professional athlete to a high school player—the difference was just that big.
In short, Mando Ortiz is by far the most capable, attentive, and genuinely helpful customer service representative I’ve encountered at Verizon, or anywhere really. He made a complicated process feel smooth and actually made me feel valued as a customer. Huge thanks to Mando for his outstanding service!

Isaiah was Spectacular - I am older and not able to purchase the higher end phone but as mine was broken Isaiah found me a good new phone as few models later than my broken one - very knowledgeable and courteous and patient with a senior - hope I can get him next time A+++++++

Nick was fantastic, very understanding and knowledgeable! He was very patient and helped me with my little issues while also helping to lower my bill. Very considerate , will be coming to this store for any future upgrades and issues I have. This store is the best!

Jaden is the most wonderful customer service rep ever. He was able to address all of my needs quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly kind and caring! He represents Verizon well and should be leading training for all Verizon employees… It is nice to feel valued as a Verizon customer.
