  Incompetent employees that take advantage of senior citizens. A new phone was bought and the bill was paid for. Somehow the employees failed to mention there was also an $11.×× fee as well. So here we are the next day and the phones were shut off! All thanks to them not mentioning the $11.×× fee to my father. So my father had to miss half a day of work and drive to the store to find out why all 3 lines were shut off. They finally mentioned the fee. Here's the kicker though. He also had to pay an additional $20 to get the phones turned back on!!!! A fee he should not have had to pay, but he did because he needed the phones o and he doesn't like conflict . All the incompetent employees did was say sorry. Well sorry di not fix the issue. Sorry did not cover the extra $20 coming out of my senior dad's pocket. This all could have been avoided had the employees done their job correctly.

  I thinkthey have excellent prices, but this time they are a bit slow delivering new phones and One came in with no cords or back to t. Haven't received the other. The first one came in the next day. Returned it for one with all of the supplies n back. Still have not received the 2nd one. 5 days later.
