I was only there to pick up my phone that I had purchased online, but due to some complications, they couldn’t figure out what to do. The manager was completely nonchalant and unhelpful. He didn’t even consider any options or anything that could have made the experience for me, a first-time Verizon customer, more pleasant. He only thought about me and tried to go through the process as if I were the new employee he was training. I have customer service experience, but the manager needs to reconsider being a manager. I wouldn’t consider this location at all. The vibe is very unapproachable and as if you’re getting on their nerves by being there. It’s bad business.
