I thought Brody seemed to be very helpful until I my bill increased $300 monthly for a promotion I was not told I was getting. When I went in to see what was going on I was told that they did not mess up but the system messed up? No accountability. I asked what could be done and she told me nothing. David the store manager is anything but helpful, he walks around with a rude glare on his face and horrible body language. Not approachable whatsoever. Any time the lady assisting me would ask him a question he would just shake his head no. You’ll know exactly who he is when you go in. Shocking he has made it to the position of store manager. If you have Verizon I’m sorry, this is not the location I would not seek help at. I will be cancelling my service immediately.

I have had Verizon for over 20 years and now do not want to be a patron of this service’ anymore because of this one particular store. I have called the store 12-15 or so times in the last month with no answer at different times of the day. Spend your time and money somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE! Learned my lesson.
