IF zero stars was an option I would give that. I went into the store in July 2025. The salesman, got the store manager involved in my account, and David (store manager) told me how much I could be saving by converting to a business account. Aprox 140 dollars I would saving. Larry the Business manager supposedly is working with David (consumer side manager) and my new bill for one line left on the consumer account is over 800 for 1 month. I called the store, was told David would return in 20 mins and be there until 8 pm. I got to the store and magically David is gone. Jordan the store associate I should talk to, should take her rude unprofessional attitude (guard in charge) and work elsewhere. I just move 11 lines from the business account to ATT for half in price. AFTER 25 years, I have moved on. Thanks for nothing Verizon, great job! Keep up the good work.

Do NOT buy or pickup any phones from this Verizon store on N Fwy! I picked up a “brand new” iPhone 17 Pro Max from here and as soon as I got home and opened it, I noticed that it has scratches on the side. If I’m paying $1200 for a new phone, then I don’t want one that has scratches. When I went back to the store to tell them, David (Dave), the manager, was super rude and unwilling to even listen to my situation. He kept saying that a $50 restocking fee would apply even though it wasn’t my fault at all. When I mentioned that maybe corporate can help, he said that I would have to deal with it myself. I told him that my current service on my current phone is no longer working since they did a port out earlier and he directed me to a landline in the store knowing well that their landline does not work. I’m exchanging for the EXACT same device (not a different color or anything like that). David (Dave) needs to learn how to talk to customers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received! Please save yourself the trouble and do NOT do any business with this particular store.

I had a poor experience with the customer service at this Verizon store. I went in to try to get a device fixed (this was the 4th customer service person) and the rep was unhelpful and rude. She didn’t even try or look up our history to provide advice on what the problem is. I will not return to this location again.

Don't waste your time at this location. No one ever knows whats going on and very hit or miss on any service there. Just go down the street you'll have much better luck. Trust me.
