We were dealing with a major problem caused by a Verizon mistake — too complicated (and absurd) to even explain. After spending nearly 12 hours on the phone trying to fix it so my son could get his replacement device, I was told everything was finally resolved and he could pick it up at this store. When he arrived, it turned out the order hadn’t been sent correctly. Thankfully, he met Susie. She immediately took charge, worked with Verizon customer service, and found a temporary solution so my son could leave with a phone. It still took about three hours and wasn’t fully fixed yet, but Susie didn’t give up. Here’s the best part: she promised to follow up in a day or two once the situation was permanently resolved — and she did exactly that. She escalated the issue to the right people, stayed on top of it, and single-handedly made everything right. If it weren’t for Susie, I’d probably still be on the phone with Verizon customer service. She deserves every bit of recognition for her professionalism, persistence, and genuine care for customers.
