  Absolutely terrible customer service. Very rude and condescending young lady working here. We came here a year ago and had the same experience. I can't believe she's still here. We saw her when we arrived and thought we would give it another chance. We went in and the result was the same very rude and condescending. A lot of people go to a place where experts work to obtain knowledge on problems they're having, this is a common practice. No one wants to be made to feel like an idiot or talked down to. Just because you have more knowledge about the products and services Verizon provides (where you work and are trained to know these things) than a customer coming in there for advice or information or an upgrade. Very disappointed in the management of this place. There are quite a few other reviews in here referring to the same person. I would say any other Verizon location would be better than this one. If you're looking for help, are you wanting to be treated with respect or kindness.

  Girl with glasses has no people skills whatsoever. Very condescending and makes you feel stupid for asking about pretty much anything. This Verizon store used to have great service. The people who used to be here were awesome. Now it’s a bunch of kids who don’t know how to talk to customers or know how to be professional. Won’t be surprised if this location gets shut down due to bad service. Stay away!!! Go to another verizon! You will thank me later.

  So my phone updated on its own and changed some settings so for like 3-4 days my apps weren’t working, I called customer service and they had me constantly resetting my network settings and no luck! Super busy business owner so when I finally had time I stopped by the lake worth location and Jessica and Betty were spot on! One simple click and they had me back right ! They knew exactly what to do after a 30 sec background story, thank you ladies for being so positive, quick and helpful, you truly saved my week as I couldn’t invoice or really contact my clients

  Let me just say, I loathe going to the Verizon store, it is usually a 2 plus hour ordeal. Went this morning and yes spent 2 hours there, however Kobe was our CSR and he was so kind and helpful. He was trying his hardest to get us out of there as fast as he could but still get everything done correctly.
