I have been a client of this clinic for several years. Today I called to get an appointment for my cat who is “not herself”. I was told the first time she could be seen was Monday. The person I talked with said if you need her seen sooner you can go to one of the ER’s. I know from experience that an ER would start at $300. I have no idea what’s wrong with her so I really cannot wait for her to be seen. She could be dead by Monday. I will be looking for another vet who will be available when I really need them.

Dr. Wallace and Deborah were amazing! Recently adopted a cat that came from a poor living situation & came here for an exam to make sure she was up to date on vaccines and healthy with the paperwork the previous owners gave me. This is my first time owning a cat and they explained everything , were patient, and took their time for the exam, which I really appreciated. Was able to do a same day test and get a vaccine as well.

The techs were awesome and super sweet when explaining everything before my dog’s surgery. The receptionist was helpful while checking in. During check out process, we had questions about the bill and were slightly irritated due to not being notified about the additional vaccine charge which we later understood and payed. I came back inside to get the receptionist name and she had the WORST attitude when I asked her what her name was (Abby or Amy). She was snarky when saying bye and I proceeded to ask what the problem was when I was actually asking for her name to write a nice review. I am not sure why the attitude and disrespect was necessary or why she felt the need to belittle and condescend me in front of Alison (the sweet receptionist) and patients. She tried to pretend like it was not her intention to be rude but I am not returning simply because of her behavior. I know nothing will change because I’ve heard of her behavior before by others that have referred here. I also know that they will most likely say I’m over reacting and will write me off.

Hi this is Dash. I am 6 months old and my brother Andy he is older by like 12 years. I have to say we both love Dr. McNeal, she is such a great doctor. My mom is always saying how much she trust Dr. McNeal. Dr. McNeal is just great. She is gentle with me and my brother. I know she really cares about us. We also love Keely at the front desk, she is so sweet. Alyssa, the vet tech, is our favorite but she met my other brother Jack Jack before he passed away. There is just a bond with that. Go see Dr. McNeal and tell her Dash said hi.
