  I went in to get a quote on a new phone for husband. The female manager, (the heavier, Hispanic lady.) , was really nice and got us a quote On a new phone and a plan For a very good deal.I was going to come back that Thursday when I got paid to get it.Not only that phone but get one for myself as well. I had seen a Wooof Bluetooth speaker on display and it was the cutest thing ever. I asked her how Much was it they told me 60 dollars that it was half of what it normally was , which was a $120. Of course it was the last One so I went ahead and purchased the item. After getting it home and trying to play with it a little bit.I realized that there's a volume was not working right so when I put it on the AM FM it would not turn down and really could not be used on that setting Which was the main reason I wanted it because I liked listening to a certain's radio station. 2 days later my husband took it back And saw the same lady and she played with it a little bit and said oh , it's good There's nothing wrong with it and would not let him return it or give him a new One saying it was the last one. Mind you , I was not able to get a receipt because the receipt printer was not working or the wifi Which is kind of strange considering it is a cellular store???? So the girl that was working with the manager seemed to be a new girl in traning Said she would send a receipt to my email.So we double checked my email and I expected it to be there. It was not there Nowhere to be found My Me looking at her and her ] not trying to do anything to help but basically saying she would give me $20 for something 4 days ago I had paid 60 for and told her it's not working and never did work. It was the display item that people picked up . Kids probably dropped on the ground and she sold it to me to get rid of it. That's exactly how I feel and that's exactly what I think happened. Not that my opinion matters, but that's what these reviews are for right. So now, 2 weeks later almost. I am trying to sell it on Facebook marketplace because I can't get my money back. They sold us a broken Bluetooth speaker and would not even give me a receipt to prove my purchase. So I just thought I would let everybody know that you might want to be careful when you buy things Because I feel like they are hustling out of there and pocketing the money. I'm going to get hold of somebody at cricket today and let them know about this.Because there's more, I think about it.The more angry I get and I can just imagine how many other people she's done this too so buyers beware.
